The consultation with the hygienist and dentist was excellent.
The person handling billing and insurance upon leaving your office not so much. He was not helpful, and he was condescending and dismissive of my questions. I was not treated with respect as a patient by him with regard to my questions about insurance coverage and billing. Basically he said I would be told what the procedure would cost at the time of service. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Had a tooth extraction. Process only took about 10-15min. Staff took care of me after procedure with ice packs. Very satisfied with overall experience.
