I had an excellent experience with Dr. Flint and Dr. Garza. From my first consultation, they were professional, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining my treatment plan. They made sure I understood every step of the procedure as well as the post-operative care, which gave me a lot of confidence going into it. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered clearly.
The results have been great and honestly exceeded my expectations. The office itself is immaculate and very well organized. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and especially helpful when it came to explaining my insurance coverage and benefits. Overall, a smooth, well-run practice with outstanding care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Flint is exceptional. Staff is competent and kind as well. I had a pretty intense surgery and it went flawlessly. I drove from the San Antonio area to have him as my surgeon and it was worth it. I healed faster with less pain that previous oral surgeries that I've had. They care about your well-being and are all incredibly skilled. I'll only use them if I ever need oral surgery again.

I was seeing Dr Garza to consult about my wisdom teeth removal and couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. He has a calm and friendly personality, while being professional and knowledgeable. I had a long list of questions that he was happy to address in detail, putting me at ease.
It’s been a week and I am healing fine, but had concerns about food being stuck in the sockets on day 3. The office was able to get me seen the same day for a quick check-up, even though my follow up appointment had been booked 14 days out.
Can highly recommend.

Dr. Flint is an outstanding oral surgeon. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt I was in very capable and caring hands. He took the time to carefully explain everything, answered my questions thoroughly, and approached my situation with both professionalism and kindness.
What stood out most was how calm and reassuring he was. He never made me feel rushed or dismissed, and his attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the procedure. His staff was also excellent, friendly, organized, and very supportive throughout the entire process.
If you are looking for an oral surgeon who is highly skilled, thoughtful, and truly cares about his patients, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Flint.

In light of an anxiety inducing reason for visiting Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin, I have to say my entire experience was pleasant and reassuring. The staff is communicative, thorough, patient, and highly professional. Dr. Garza and his entire staff, from front desk and beyond, were friendly and knowledgeable and prioritized my comfort above all. I highly recommend this practice!
