Dr. Flint and his staff are truly exceptional! Both Dr. Flint and the entire team are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Many people tend to feel anxious about visiting a dentist or oral surgeon, but the welcoming environment here really helps to ease that anxiety. Dr. Flint takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly, keeping his explanations simple and clear, which makes me feel more at ease. The surgical staff, Amaris and Rosslyn, provide incredible support and significantly calm my nerves. Additionally, the front office staff, Perla and Genesis, are very informative; they assist with my insurance questions, verifying my benefits and explaining my coverage, including any deductibles and copays. When I started my denture journey years ago, I was so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Flint, and I will recommend their office to anyone I can. If I can help even in the smallest way, especially someone new to oral surgery or denture procedures, I am happy to spend the time answering any questions and giving them Oral Surgery Specialists of Buda's phone number.

I reached out to this office early yesterday morning at 8:27 via email while in significant pain, and I received a reply at 8:31. After another dental practice attempted to reschedule my appointment for the fourth month in a row, I was left scrambling to find help. Very few offices were even open on a Friday, and even fewer were willing to see me the same day. From the very first interaction, the front office staff was fast, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. Before I arrived, they apologized and let me know they would be working me into an already full schedule and that there might be a delay. Despite that, I was taken back almost immediately. Rosslyn moved quickly to take my pano, vitals, and demographics, but nothing about the experience felt rushed. She was kind, attentive, and helped ease my dental anxiety during a moment when I truly needed reassurance. Because I was being worked in and was already in pain, I expected a very brief consult with the doctor and maybe if I was lucky a same day extraction. Instead, I had almost no wait before Dr. Garza came in. His consult was thorough, not rushed, and he patiently answered every question I had. He even recommended another dentist closer to my home for the additional treatment I’ll need going forward. I chose IV sedation for the extraction, and from the moment I signed the treatment plan to the moment I woke up afterward, less than 40 minutes had passed. Later that evening, Dr. Garza personally called and left a voicemail to check on how I was feeling, which meant a lot. The lobby, exam room, and treatment operatory were all very clean, and I noticed their tools were properly sanitized and well maintained. I would recommend this office and Dr. Garza to anyone in need of oral surgery. Their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience.

Whyyyy can’t this office be a general dentistry office?! Everything is so wonderful about this place! The staff, the dentist, the cleanliness! I’m very particular about going to the dentist based on very bad past experiences but everyone from the front desk to sitting with Dr Garza was a phenomenal experience. Dr Garza is so gentle yet efficient! He kept me calm and informed the entire procedure. His assistant that was with me, I’m so upset I can’t remember her name, was incredibly friendly and made me comfortable! I appreciate the entire staff, thank you so much! I will refer anyone who needs oral surgery here! I wish I could come here just for my yearly cleanings!

I recently had five teeth removed here, and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, every staff member was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. They made sure everything I needed was handled smoothly and without stress. Dr. Ricardo Garza was outstanding, the procedure took about an hour, and despite all the horror stories I had heard, the pain was very manageable. I truly believe that is a reflection of how gentle and skilled he is. He even personally called me on a Saturday to check on how I was doing, which really stood out to me. The team was also incredibly patient and responsive when it came to my medical leave paperwork. I probably called more times than I should have just to check on updates, but they never made me feel like a burden and always kept me informed. On top of all that, their pricing is very reasonable. Even with insurance, some things were not covered, but compared to other places in Austin, they were 300 to 400 dollars more affordable. Overall, an amazing experience. Huge thank you to Dr. Garza and the entire team!

This place cured me of my life-long fear of dentist's offices. I am so grateful to have been referred to Oral Surgery Specialists of Buda. The dental assistant for my procedure, Amaris, had such a kind and peaceful demeanor. Dr. Flint performed my operation, and he must have done some kind of dentristy magic in there to be able to fix my problems in an hour. I never would have guessed that the whole experience could be so easy. I had my surgery to remove all four adult wisdom teeth yesterday, and I already feel SO MUCH BETTER than before. The pain from recovery is maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10, significantly less than what the teeth themselves were causing. Thank you SO MUCH, to everyone here who helped me in any way. Y'all are fantastic
