I cannot recommend Dr. Mac at Orange County Dental, in Middletown, NY, highly enough! Earlier this year I had a crown done, after an implant, and the experience went well from start to finish. Dr. Mac is incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. He also made time to see me during a busy week, after I reached out to explain a concern. I’ve had other work done by Dr. Mac, whose gentle bedside manner immediately puts one at ease—so rare to find in a dentist! The work itself is top-notch! But what really sets Dr. Mac apart is the follow-up; I received a call to check on me, which shows how much he genuinely cares about patients. If you are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and attentive dentist, look no further! I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff who are always so professional and pleasant. Especially Melissa, who’s always gone above and beyond to support me and offer any needed assistance! She is so patient and kind! This is the best dental office in all of Orange County, NY! I had a terrible experience at a downtown-Middletown dental office. So beware and choose THIS office!

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The receptionist team was warm and welcoming. Stacey was exceptionally compassionate and supportive throughout my visit, and Dr. Bonelli was professional and attentive, explaining each step clearly. The visit was comfortable, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. Grateful for such a positive experience.

2 Wisdom teeth removal same side mouth. Dr. Mark was numbed me well and removed the teeth swiftly (few minutes) and painlessly, great numbing application. Will the tech was great at x-rays and talking with me about the procedure and after care. The front desk staff was sharp and walked me to where I needed to go. As good as it gets for such a procedure.

I had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in, and the office was clean and well organized. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable ( playing music I like). I appreciate the efficiency and how attentive everyone was. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental team.

I had an amazing experience at Orange County Dental and felt compelled to share how great the entire team was. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. Tara, the hygienist, was outstanding. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, was gentle, professional, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She truly made the whole experience relaxing and stress-free. Doctor J was just as impressive—knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Together, they made what can normally be a nerve-wracking visit feel easy and comfortable. I’m really grateful for the level of care I received. The whole team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and it shows how much they care about their patients. Highly recommend Orange County Dental to anyone looking for a caring, professional dental office!
