Amazing experience at Orchard Hill鈥攖ruly the best dentist I鈥檝e ever been to. I chose them specifically because I could book my appointment online, which made things so easy.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Erica, the hygienist, was awesome and genuinely funny, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Pfizer was incredibly kind, took extra time with me, and was very personable.
While they aren鈥檛 in-network with any insurance (which is a bit of a pain), the level of care and overall experience more than made up for it. They somehow turned a typically not-so-fun appointment into the highlight of my day. Highly recommend Orchard Hill to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

My visit was very impressive. Doc and staff did an excellent job replacing an old filling. No pain at all. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I am writing to share my exceptionally positive experience with Dr. Phitzer and his team. I have spent many hours at this office and have consistently been impressed.
Dr. Phitzer is a kind, compassionate, and attentive dentist who truly listens to his patients. Tiffany is undoubtedly the heartbeat of this office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Ali's meticulous nature and incredible attention to detail are truly remarkable.

Dr Pfizer is very gentle and kind. He does great work and explains procedures before he does them. Can and have recommended him. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Ashlyn is wonderful.

I adore this practice. Dr. Christy always takes care of me and talks everything through and I am thrilled to work with her. She runs a great team with some exceptional team members. This practice also offers sedation dentistry which can be a really nice option to have during more extensive procedures.
Today I had a different hygienist than usual and I was concerned at first but she was an absolute rock star. I had my five year old daughter with me and the hygienist went above and beyond explaining the visit, tools and cleaning process.
The cleaning was awesome but the kindness towards my daughter (who is nervous about her first dentist visit) will last a lifetime. Thank you Erika for going above and beyond! We really appreciate you.馃挴鉂わ笍
