Dr. Ellie and her team are very professional and caring. I had my first periodontal surgery three weeks ago and today was my first checkup post surgery and I always feel very welcomed. The doctor answers to all my questions and explains everything very clearly and nicely to me. I’m very happy with the results after the first surgery and I’m coming back soon for my second one. I don’t have any complications until the moment just showing how successful was Dr. Javadi’s work. This is not an easy procedure and it can be painful but I had a really fast and smooth recovery.

My experience was disappointing from the start: the treatment was not clearly explained, numbers were called out without any context, and my main concern from the intake form was not addressed until I brought it up myself, at which point it was met with only one suggestion—putting in a wire—without explanation of alternatives or discussion of my preferences, which felt dismissive and left me feeling unheard; the treatment plan that was then presented was essentially “this is what I feel is best,” with the added note that if I didn’t keep the muscle in my chin relaxed it likely would not be very successful, which did not give me much confidence in the care or communication I received.
This review is on the doctor not on the front desk or hygienist. They were awesome.

Nice office, efficient staff, no surprises. The staff gave me information about the procedure and explained as they proceeded.

About Orchid Periodontics and Dental Implants
Orchid Periodontics & Dental Implants is a periodontal practice located at 21807 76th Avenue West in Edmonds, Washington, serving patients in Edmonds and the surrounding area. The practice focuses on the gums and the structures that support the teeth, and its featured services include gum disease treatment with both surgical and non-surgical options, gum grafting for receding gums, laser periodontics, professional teeth cleaning, and dental implants. Dental implants are offered for patients who need single, multiple, or full-mouth teeth replacements, including implant-supported dentures.
The practice describes using digital planning software known as DTX to map nerve canals and sinus cavities before procedures, and states that it uses implant materials from Nobel Biocare and Straumann. Waterlase and Epic laser technology are used for procedures such as frenectomies, lesion removals, and gum disease treatments. Office hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, plus the first and third Friday of each month, and the office is closed Monday and weekends.
