I chose these Surgeons, because the current ones we have locally are not upfront about cost.
But
Oregon Oral Surgeons, worked hard to let me know the cost before the procedure. Wow I love that. The others in Roseburg would not tell me until after it was done. So again I love that.
My consult was in Eugene, but work was done here.
The Doctor was efficient. I have a bad wisdom tooth. That has caused problems for 8 years on and off. When time, the Doctor came in numbed me up. Boom done in 10 minutes. My entire visit from check in to leaving was 20 minutes.
So may not like their quick, getting it done. They were caring but also were there to get it done and I was fine with that.
I also have no phobias about Dentist. So I did not need hand holding. But they did offer anesthesia, which I thought was more of a hassle and cost. But its there if you want it ahead of time.
For me it was a 5.0 visit, the instructions and recovery have gone well and why it will take weeks to heal. The care and high level of communication going in was great.
I would give the whole process in Roseburg a 4.8, only because one thing. They called the very next day early and was asking how I was doing. I was in mild pain, and no way I can evaluate how I am doing. I think the call the following day would have been more practical. So don't call ppl less the 24 after a procedure. they can not give feed back or talk even. Two days would be better and a follow up a week after the surgery.
Over all great, I actually was excited to get the work done.
Remember folks in most cases its less then a hour of your time in my case 10 minutes in the chair. No need for stress they got you covered, just be honest on your desired outcome. Me I wanted it done and out is what I had said to them as my expectation as I was tired of that tooth bothering me.
They delivered just that.

The staff at Oregon Oral Surgeon was very kind and professional. I felt safe and relaxed. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in need of advanced care..such as bone grafts.Thank you for your top notch medical care.

I was scared to death as I was having six teeth pulled, and bone graphs put in. I had never been through anything like that before. The staff was amazing. The doctor was amazing. I chose IV sedation, and I'm glad I did. These are real true professionals. It's 24 hours later and I'm not even sore.

I was so nervous to get a bone graft done. Oregon Oral Surgeons made me feel so comfortable and the Doctor has an amazing bedside manner. He didn’t mind my questions and really put me at ease. I used IV sedation and am excited to have a new implant once this heals. The reusable hot/cold packs came in handy too! Everything I didn’t think of came in a nice kit that they knew I’d need.

I had some teeth removed (wisdom/primary). My exam was at Eugene office, I scheduled procedure for Roseburg office.
Dr Tucker and staff were great. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I was nervous, but all my questions were answered and my fears were allayed. The office visit was faster than I expected and I was on my way home within 45min of arrival for appointment.
I received a call from the office the next morning to check in on me and be sure all was going well with recovery. I would recommend Oregon Oral Surgeons to anyone who is looking for patient friendly atmosphere.
