My first visit there I was greeted with a big friendly smile from Stephanie. She is so sweet and took the time to explain the process. I felt so comfortable and at ease in their reception area even before I went into my appointment. Dr. K was so patient and kind to me that it helped me to make decisions easier.
Her assistant Morgan has a beautiful smile and was very sweet. She was very knowledgeable of her job and gentle during a procedure. On my second visit Monica was professional and caring to explain all my questions. I would highly recommend this clinic for the blessings I received from them! Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about this office. I was a little nervous about the procedures my son needed, but the entire team made me feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Stephanie is lovely, she made us feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Najafi and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I never felt rushed and every question/concern I had was addressed with care.
His procedure went smoothly and recovery was easier than anticipated thanks to the excellent care and clear post-op instructions. I am so grateful for the outstanding care he received and would highly recommend Dr. Najafi to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my son and making a stressful experience such a positive one!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, from Taylor being so accommodating with scheduling my appointments with my busy work schedules, to Stephanie being a friendly welcoming personality. They know how to show great customer service!!! Valerie is always so friendly and helpful. She was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, I knew I was in great hands. The Dr's are always so friendly and welcoming stopping by and saying hello as if I have been a family friend from years past! This place is the best! I will recommend to everyone I know!

I am so happy to have found Origins Specialty Dentistry! Dr. Kerieh and Dr. Najafi have been incredibly kind and compassionate which helped put my dental anxiety at ease. Their knowledge and expertise is evident in the care and treatment they provide and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Everyone on staff, from the first call to schedule the appointment, has just been amazingly kind. The office environment is clean and beautiful, but it’s the people providing care to the patients that make this dental practice exceptional. Truly, the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Every Time I go to Origin Specialty Dentistry, I Met with a big smile with two wonderful people that work in the front desk Valerie and Stephanie. This They make you feel so comfortable. These two amazing young ladies arrival are so professional, smart, informed yet very down to earth easy to communicate with individuals. Valerie’s and Stephanie’s positive attitude, professionalism, and compassion is a quality that every employer would love to have in their team. Gracias for all you do for us.

About Origins Specialty Dentistry
Origins Specialty Dentistry is a family owned, multi-specialty dental practice in the Northwest Side of San Antonio that brings a family dentist, a prosthodontist, and a periodontist together under one roof. The practice offers care ranging from cleanings, checkups, and fillings to crowns and bridges, veneers and smile design, dental implants, dentures, periodontal surgeries, sedation, and full mouth rehabilitation. For patients replacing missing teeth, featured services include dental implants, tooth in a day treatment, implant supported dentures including All on 4, tooth extractions and dental surgeries, and gum grafting.
The office is equipped with digital x-rays, two dimensional and three dimensional imaging with a CT scanner, an intraoral scanner and camera, computer-aided design technology with an in-house milling machine and lab, nitrous oxide, and a range of sedation options for patient comfort. The practice accepts most dental insurance plans and also welcomes uninsured patients, offering an in-house Loyalty Plan and financing options to fit different budgets. Meet the Doctors
Care at Origins Specialty Dentistry is led by Dr. Parisa Kerieh, DDS, and Dr. Babak Najafi, DDS, MDS, FRCD(C). Dr. Kerieh is a prosthodontist with over 16 years of experience in restorative dentistry, dental implants, esthetic dentistry, and general dentistry, and completed a three year prosthodontics specialty program at New York University College of Dentistry, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Najafi is a board certified periodontist and co-owner of the practice with over 17 years of experience, who completed his three year postgraduate residency in periodontology with honors at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, earning a certificate in periodontics and a master's degree. His expertise includes the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease, gum and bone grafting, dental implants, and oral surgeries.
