From the moment I called to schedule my son’s appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Alicea took the time to thoroughly explain my son’s procedure in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident moving forward with the surgery. The level of care didn’t stop there. The staff Lismary and Sheldon was incredibly attentive, and I truly appreciated that they called just a few hours after the surgery to check on my son and make sure he was doing well. That personal follow-up meant so much to our family. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring Oral Surgeon doctor.

Dr. Luis Alicea and his entire surgical team are amazing! From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, cared for, and treated with kindness and respect. Lismary and Ivon were absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and always willing to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable.
Dr. Alicea is an excellent surgeon. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was not only his expertise, but also the genuine care and compassion he showed.
I am extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Alicea....Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alicea and the entire team at Oral Facial Dental Implant Surgery Center in Kissimmee. From the moment we walked through the doors, every staff member made my daughter and our family feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion truly made all the difference during what could have been a very stressful experience.
Dr. Alicea is an exceptional oral surgeon. He took the time to thoroughly explain my daughter’s procedure, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt confident and reassured before surgery. His calm demeanor and genuine concern for his patients immediately put us at ease.

Incredibly nice staff. Dr. Alicea was great and explained the whole process very well and did a phenomenal job with entire procedure. Tatiana was excellent post-op and even called to make sure everything was still good after the fact. Surgery isn't fun but if you have to have it, do recommend 😁

My 92 year old mother had a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. Several oral surgeons were hesitant because of her age. I called this office and Cookie was a delight and said we will take of her. By the next morning I had an appointment with possible surgery that day. We went at two and Ivon took my mom back and treated her like a princess. Dr. Alicea explained everything and included the small percentage of things that could go wrong. She had a difficult but painless extraction. We were on the road by 3:30. Great experience from first phone call to after surgery.
