I have ALWAYS dreaded having dental work done. My family and I recently started going to Dr. Heil's practice and it has been a wonderful experience. I had two fillings done and was relaxed and in no pain during the entire procedure. Highly recommend.

I have been getting a lot of work done lately, due to issues. Each time I come in, I am greeted with smiles. The staff and Dr. Heil are always very friendly. Recently, I had to have some old fillings replaced on two teeth. First time I have never felt the injections for numbing the area, and no pain during the procedure. I couldn't have been more relaxed at this appointment. Thank you for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Started coming here early 2025 after many years not seeing a dentist. They were kind, while straightforward about any catching up I needed. Everyone is always very friendly and kind. I do not feel judged here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Heil himself & all of the fabulous ladies that work in his office as well!! It took us a long time to find Dr. Heil after lots of failed attempts with other Dentists from our area. He and his team are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine kindness that immediately puts you at ease. The entire team is incredibly professional, yet they go above and beyond to make you feel like more than just a patient — they truly care about your comfort, well-being and what is best for you!!! They never try to push added services on you that you don’t need & are always honest & upfront! Every visit is a positive experience thanks to their attention to detail, clear communication, and gentle approach. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, they take the time to explain everything and answer questions with patience and compassion. You can tell they love what they do and are committed to creating a calm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. I’ve had lots of work done by Dr. Heil, but most recently he replaced an old porcelain cap for me and went above and beyond to make sure that the color matched and everything looked great before he put it on & he made sure that I was happy with the results! It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such high-level professionalism with this kind of heart. I’m so grateful to be in such caring hands and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care delivered with kindness and integrity!

I had my first visit as a new patient yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. My children have been more then I have due to my work schedule. So yesterday I put names with faces of who I’ve worked with trying to get myself scheduled and it was the best appointment for dental I’ve had being in Oshkosh. Everyone from the front desk( Erin) to Dr. Heil, Emma and Carrie all absolutely awesome. Erin has gone above and beyond keeping me updated to try and find a good day to come in and yesterday was the day. This dental experience was very friendly and everyone explained what was going on from the time I stepped til the time I left. Definitely found my new dental office.
