Dr Edds did my first ever root canal this week. When my regular dentist told me I may need a root canal I was very nervous. However, Dr Edds and her staff immediately eased my worry at my consult appointment. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone in the office. I highly recommend them and will definitely only use them if the need ever arises in my future. All the staff and atmosphere was the absolute BEST!!

This office is the very best!! The doctor, the nurses, and the most incredible receptionist...they all made our experience wonderful. I brought a student in and they were so kind and patient, thoroughly explaining everything, every step of the way. Would recommend this office to anyone! Top notch.

Dr. Edds and her staff were exceptional! They made me feel very comfortable during my entire procedure. Dr. Edds even called me a few days after to check to see how I was feeling. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Edds, Shannon and all of her staff!

Owensboro Endodontics is led by Dr. Abigail C. Edds, DMD, MSD. Dr. Edds was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and completed both her undergraduate and dental studies at the University of Louisville, graduating with honors. She completed a General Practice Residency in hospital and general dentistry at Indiana University in 2003, then practiced as a general dentist in Brownsburg, Indiana for seven years while also serving as part-time faculty at Indiana University. In 2011 she returned to Indiana University to complete a residency in endodontics and earn a master's degree, and later worked at an endodontics practice near Indianapolis, refining her skills in root canal therapy, endodontic surgery, and sedation. She opened Owensboro Endodontics on February 29, 2016. Dr. Edds is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a member of the Green River Dental Society, the Kentucky Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists.
