My husband had upper dentures made by Dr. Nelson and he has been available (or his assistant) for the several adjustments that have been necessary for his new denture after extraction (by oral surgeon) promptly. I would recommend him. Kind, understanding and informative. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I don’t particularly like the dentist, so I am very picky about who works on my teeth. Dr. West and all the hygienists I have seen have always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. I won’t go anywhere else!

I would not recommend this place. I called and made an appointment for a filling, and the earliest available slot was two weeks out. When I booked, I gave them my insurance details to verify coverage and ensure everything would be ready when I came in. I was told everything was fine. After waiting two weeks, I went in for my appointment. They gave me anesthetic in my gum, and then the dentist came in and said, "Oh, we can't do a filling but we can do a crown instead." I reminded them that I had asked them to run my insurance ahead of time specifically for a filling I do not want to do a crown. The dentist just walked away, I asked the staff over there they had no answers. Waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
