It was a miracle finding Dr Springe! In addition to being the most compassionate, gentle, and skilled dentist I've ever been to, her LANAP Periolase (ND:Yag) laser treatment has improved my debilitating neuralgia caused by a 20yr old permanent lingual nerve injury. I had lost all hope because I was told by numerous professionals that nothing could be done for my 24/hr a day pain that medication barely helped.  I first came to this office because they could see me quickly about several other issues I was having. They gave me a comprehensive exam which included a low radiation CT Scan of my skull and teeth/bone structure, giving a very detailed 3d image far better than an xray. Dr Springe really took her time addressing all my issues, she didn't rush at all, which is rare these days! When we discussed my neuralgia, to my astonishment, she told me that the LANAP Periolase laser treats this, and has many other benefits like bone regeneration and healing periodontal disease with no surgery. There are over 100 conditions this minimally invasive painless laser treats through a process called biostimulation. Dr. Springe said she will do "everything in her power to help" me. I felt hope for the first time and an indescribable wave of relief washed over me. I've never felt so supported, reassured, and cared for by any doctor in my 45 years. To my absolute delight, I felt improvement after only a few sessions. I'm still in disbelief! In addition to helping my neuralgia, she also removed a 35yr old amalgam filling safely and restored my tooth with a new natural looking filling. I experienced zero pain during and after the procedure. In addition to Dr Springe's exceptional healing skills, her dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff are also very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I received an excellent and comfortable cleaning. The staff are always in a happy upbeat mood and it instantly relaxes you. They clearly love what they do! The office is very clean and welcoming. My teeth have never looked/felt so good and my quality of life has improved substantially after the LANAP treatment! Dr Springe has truly changed my life for the better, I can never thank her and her team enough!

I have sent a previous post praising this Dentist, Dr Springe, and office staff. I recently had another visit with the hygienist, Juleigh. The hygienist did a with the hygienist, Julie. The hygienist did a fantastic job and was very caring in regard to my comfort level.and again, I had a wonderful experience. In the past, my dental experiences have not always been positive but each time I visit this office, it is truly a wonderful experience. They also make you feel like family. They greet you and are happy to see you! Highly highly recommend this office.

She by far was the best dentist that I have ever received care from. She was very thorough about what she was going to do. There was no surprise snaps or breaks or any surprises at all. Every procedure she warned me about what was going to happen every time. When she said that she was finished, I thought that I only had one or two teeth pulled, but she had already extracted eight of them. My canines were about 2 inches long. That was A little rough, but I believe she did the best that anybody could possibly have done given the length of my canines. I would recommend her to anybody I know. Her whole staff had great bedside manners. And we’re very kind and courteous throughout the whole procedure. I have a very high tolerance to pain medication, most dentists cannot give me enough numbing medication to get me out of pain. She had some contraption that had a needle at the end of it with a little tiny tube., Something I’ve never seen, but it numbed me perfectly well. No pain at all just a little pressure and uncomfortableness for only a few moments at a time. A definite 10 out of 10 for me. If I ever need my teeth pulled, I’m goingback to where she is. Oh yeah, I don’t have any teeth. Lol.

This was by far the best dental office I have been to. The office was clean, they are state-of-the-art with the technology available to facilitate care, they are thorough and effective in their treatment, and most importantly, they actually genuinely care. Literally everyone I got to interact with there actually cares. Patrick was so patient and knowledgeable in helping me navigate insurance and understand the technology being used. Isabelle was engaging and efficient in doing x-rays and assisting in my procedures. And Dr. Springe was so attentive and knowledgeable; she took the time to educate me on why I was experiencing certain things, she was detail oriented and comprehensive in her diagnosis and treatment, and she was considerate of my specific situation and needs in making her treatment plan. I never felt pressured or underestimated; everyone there seems to approach patients with respect and a genuine intent to help, whether it is building understanding, taking away pain, or building confidence through a good looking smile. I felt like these people went above and beyond for me and I can't recommend them enough; it is like I somehow found a needle in a haystack in terms of dental care.

So far I have had an exam, x-rays and consultation. They have amazing x-ray capabilities! The consult was extensive. My treatment plan was explained to me thoroughly. Each procedure came with a cost estimate. Including what insurance will pay. A plan is in place with priorities set. No walking out of office confused. Dr. Springe is amazing and her entire staff are excellent. Now the work starts! I will keep you posted.
