All my visits have been great. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Both Dentists, Dr. Ngoap and Dr. Ladd are very professional
thorough and very efficient. I had the pleasure to be cared for by Dr. Ngoap over the years. Today, my first time to meet Dr. Taylor. He is warm and friendly, yet very professional. They both give thorough advise on my specific dental problems, options and care. My teeth always feels clean and well cared for after every visits. Thank you馃挅

Am pleased to meet Dr Theo Ladd for the first time. He did the cleaning then gave a new crown to my upper tooth. He did everything with expertise and professionalism. He gave clear explanations about my dental condition and treatment. He gave me a sense of confidence that he would provide the best care. He makes a great team with Dr Ria Ngoap who has been my dentist for the past 25 years. I am deeply grateful to the entire staff of Pacific Dental Care and Denture Laboratory for their kind and professional services. I sincerely wish them all the best.

Dr Taylor Ladd is outstanding dentist & knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. He is kind, thoughtful. The entire team is welcoming including Dr. Rhea Ngoap. I highly recommend Pacific Dental Care !!

Office called and asked if I鈥檓 interested to come in early. Hardly any wait time. The staff is respectful and mindful. The clinic is clean . Dr Ngoap takes time to answer any concerns and cleaning is not hurried and thorough. Feedback is given at the end. I always have a positive experience at this clinic and i do endorse her and her clinic to friends and even acquaintances.
