Dr Asam is very caring and understanding of my situation. She was compassionate with my injuries and fixed my teeth with no problems afterwards. The entire staff is welcoming and made me feel at ease from arrival to departure. Reminders for my follow up appointments were pleasant and non-invasive of my time.

From my very first experience there you’re greeted by Robin and the professional and wonderful staff and along with Dr Jmi Asam made my visit each and every time pleasant!. For me Pacific Dental and Important Solutions is worth the drive from the west to Kahala during traffic is well worth it! Dr. Asam MAHALO for giving me the confidence to SMILE again!

This dental office is truly exceptional — accurate, organized, and incredibly professional. You can feel right away that their focus is on doing what’s best for the patient, not what’s most profitable for them. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such honesty with such precision. I was especially touched when I tried to pay my fee and they told me it was written off as a courtesy because my plan wasn’t one they participated in. That small gesture said a lot about their values and genuine care for people. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for an ethical, sharp, and trustworthy dental team.

Honestly I’m scared of the dentist but Dr. Jmi is patient, calm, gentle and very thorough when explaining details of the work needed. Also the staff there are very kind and gentle in every position from receptionist to dental assistants. My experiences have been nothing but excellent and comfortable. Professionalism at its finest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else
