Dr. Haruki is an exceptional oral surgeon who truly cares about his patients. From the initial consultation to the procedure and follow-up, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and informed. His skill and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence, and the procedure went smoothly.
The staff was equally wonderful—friendly, organized, and very supportive. They made the entire experience calm and stress-free, from scheduling to aftercare instructions. The office runs efficiently, and everyone treats patients with kindness and respect.
I highly recommend Dr. Haruki and his staff to anyone needing oral surgery. You’ll be in excellent hands

Bravo Zulu, oral surgeon did a an exceptional job. Little on the judgmental side but he is a doctor and I guess he’s looking out for my health. Just know we all are just trying to survive out here let alone raise a family and get dental work done 🤦🏿♂️. The surgeon’s assistant during the procedure is the only reason this is getting five stars. She genuinely cared, everyone else in the room made it feel like they were just there to do a job and that I’m just another name on the daily schedule chart. Once the procedure was complete surgeon explained my one stitch removed his gloves left and that was that. Again his assistant asked if I was okay changed the gauze before I left. Front desk were pleasant no complaints A+. Moral of the story, nobody cares about your feelings. ALOHA

I’m a dentist and have taught at multiple hospitals and universities. I have found Dr. Haruki to be as good as or better than the numerous oral and maxillofacial surgeons I have met over forty years. Dr. Haruki is an outstanding and experienced surgeon. I would highly recommend him for any oral surgery procedure and especially for dental implant placement because he is very meticulous and has an excellent success rate. His office staff are also great and very friendly and efficient. You will never be disappointed by this office.

I was nervous about my wisdom teeth removal, but Pacific Maxillofacial Surgery exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Scheduling was easy with minimal wait times, and I got an appointment within the month. Dr. Oishi clearly explained all options and risks, giving me plenty of time for questions.
On surgery day, the dental assistant was exceptional—she explained each step and checked in regularly, which really eased my nerves. Both she and Dr. Oishi told me how to signal if I needed adjustments and gave me updates throughout, like when each tooth came out. Before I knew it, all four were extracted.
The post-op care was equally impressive. Staff patiently explained recovery instructions and were transparent about insurance and costs—a huge relief for me. The front desk even updated my copay information between my call two days prior and surgery day after my insurance changed.
I'm still recovering, but following their instructions has made the healing process smooth. The entire team's professionalism and compassion made what could have been a scary experience surprisingly manageable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Oishi, and his team were excellent from consultation to procedure. They worked well with our insurance company and made us feel completely at ease while my son had all four his wisdom teeth removed. They explained everything clearly and provided great after care guidance. Thank you for the wonderful care. 😊
