I was referred to Pacific Oral Surgery in Simi Valley in late January of this year. Dr. Carlson removed my tooth painlessly, clearly demonstrating a high level of competency and was friendly throughout - the staff was also very helpful and pleasant. The office setting was lovely and calming.
Incredibly, I found myself in need of having another molar removed yesterday. UGH So, based on my first experience with POS, it seemed like a no-brainer to call on their services once again. I was not disappointed. I had my second molar removed by Dr. Sarraf. He too was amazing - a very skilled surgeon, amicable and thorough. Like my first experience, I have had no pain (only nominal discomfort!), no complications. Yet again, the support staff (Laura, Haley, Christy and Janeth) was so kind and so helpful while handling their responsibilities professionally. They set the mood over the phone and upon my arrival for a positive experience. I give POS 5 stars - out of 10, they were an 11!

I woke up with immense jaw pain and swelling and through referral found myself here later that same morning. They were able to calmly walk me through my options and tailored their care to my specific circumstance and I was able to get oral surgery right there. Dr. Sarraf was extremely professional and helpful

I arrived to my appointment already having completed the patient registration. After checking in with their staff, I was put at ease because of the efficient way they worked through the process. I like how they clearly communicated every aspect of the process and I only had a few specific questions. Great consultation.
