I had a tooth removed by Dr. Amin Sarraf. He was very nice, explained to me in detail of the procedure I needed, also he made me feel confortable by explaining the steps to numb and extract. He is really gentle and very professional. Front office was really nice as well. The doctor鈥檚 assistant ( Janeth ) was very professional and very sweet. Office was very pretty and very clean. Terrific experience from beginning through my appointment. They worked me in quickly as I was in some pain. The check-in procedure was all handled online, and I got right in when I arrived. The office is very modern with what appears to be the best up to date equipment, and most importantly all of the help from the front desk, the assistant nurse, and the doctor were great.

I went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was very nice! The front staff, the X-Ray assistant and the doctor. I really appreciated how straight forward it was! Will be doing my wisdom teeth removal here. They were highly recommended by my dentist and I completely understand why!

Despite my late arrival, the staff and dentist were very kind, amicable, thorough and professional. The office setting is very pleasant, a stark difference from their old office where I initially went by mistake. Dr. Carlson was able to remove the remaining portion of a broken tooth despite the fact it was my visit! I was relieved and very grateful. I highly recommend this oral surgeon to anyone who has a need for such services!! His staff is also excellent!

I could not ask for a better experience from the front desk people( especially) Marcy to the nurses( Nicole) and Dr. Jacobs- extremely knowledgeable, experienced- very caring-making sure to prepare me for each step to ensure I didn鈥檛 have any pain馃檹 I had one wisdom tooth out first. We thought my tooth in front could be saved-but the cavity in the root area was too big. I had to come back to remove the tooth in front of wisdom tooth weeks later! Dr. Jacobs and entire staff made sure I had an excellent experience the second time around! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs oral surgery! 5 Stars 猸愶笍 Thanks again, Wendy
