cannot say enough good things about my experience with Palmdale Dental Group! They recently helped me get my braces done, and the entire process was fantastic. From day one, the staff treated me with so much kindness and respect. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every single appointment. The level of care and professionalism here is unmatched. If you are looking for a great dental team that truly cares about their patients and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend Palmdale Dental Group! Thank you!!!!!

I WOULD RUN, NOT WALK AWAY. I went here to have all-on-six dental implants, which are fixed Bridges. They don't need to be removed. I paid them in full in cash, not on credit. They gave me the implant setup for snap-in overdentures, which I didn't want. My surgery was February 4th, 2025; today is September 4th, 2026, and I still have no teeth finished; between surgical error and constantly switching specialists, it's now considered a complex case. Hence, they had to go and ask a specialist to please take over my case. Nothing has progressed other than in December of 2025, when I got my temporaries, so from February 2025 to December 2025 I had nothing but the implants and a face mask to live every single day; it's now over a year and a half. They have no plan. I never leave there with a specific plan to finish the work they started. Now they don't return my calls; they don't answer my calls, as well as not answering emails. This is considered patient abandonment. In this picture, you can see I had an infection as well as the implants. This is how I have looked for 1year and 7 months, with no communication in sight.

Had a broken molar and I suffer from extreme dental anxiety . After arriving for my appointment there was a power outage . When the power returned the internet did not which forced the clinic to need to close for the day . However I was in need of an extraction asap, using hotspots from their personal phones they really went above and beyond in finding a way to help. The staff Aries and Dr. Marjan were so patient and very comforting , even to the extent of helping me focus on my breathing and holding my hand as my body betrayed me shaking and crying like a baby, as embarrassing as it is to tell readers about my anxiety, I really thought it’s important to share my experience. Say thank you to the staff and especially Dr.Marjan and Aries I really felt their compassion and understanding and dedication to their patients.

I liked that the staff at the front desk were nice but I did have to wait a bit (30 minutes after the start of my appointment).
I liked the assistant (I think his name was matty?) he was very open and warm and explained my x-rays and photos perfectly and did a good job with my tooth cleaning! He also recommended me some tips and what products I should use in the future to keep my teeth healthy.
I would give 5 stars.. However, I came into the office mainly to ask about my wisdom teeth (jaw pain and impaction) and I felt that the doctor there (I don't remember their name.. but it was a guy), he was VERY adamant I get 3 crowns and 2 fillings.. even though a month ago at a different dentist, they said I was fine .. and had no large cavities??
I tried asking about my wisdom teeth but I felt that my concern was sidestep by his concern over the crowns (which i feel like was WAY too much for what I needed? I've never needed crowns ever .. my teeth aren't the best.. but they aren't full of holes and rotting..). He tried to explain but I just felt like what I came here for was ignored.
I also just felt somewhat judged for minor lifestyle choices? It was a wake-up call I guess.. but at the same time I didn't feel like what I came here for was seen as a priority.
Other than that, I like the office, it was clean but I really felt like the assistant was the only one in tha building that actually cared what I wanted and answered all my questions without judgement or pushing products or excess stuff.
I will HOPEFULLY come back to get my wisdom teeth removed without issue BUT in the future, I would like for any doctor to be more concerned about what the patient wants .. rather than try to push a lot of dental work right from the start.. (i'm a college student.. and I'm not employed so that would be really expensive.. and a lot of responsibility)

I was hesitant coming in after the unpleasant tone coming from the initial phone call I’m happy I decided to persevere through Dr. Sawyer was pleasant and direct her assistant Aries was gentle and empathetic she made sure I understood everything the Dr was explaining . When it came down to finances Alyssa was right on track with calculations over all the place is a success I recommend a better answering system but I do recommend because in person staff is excellent

About Palmdale Dental Group
Palmdale Dental Group is a general and family dental practice located at 1154 East Palmdale Boulevard in Palmdale, California. The practice offers a wide range of services, including dental implants, All-on-4 and full-arch treatment, crowns and bridges, dentures, extractions, and sedation dentistry, allowing patients to address most of their oral health needs in one office.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains that implants are titanium posts placed into the jawbone to replace missing tooth roots, providing support for crowns, bridges, or full sets of teeth. The team notes that treatment is customized based on each patient's medical and dental history, oral health, and goals, and that a bone graft may be needed if there is not enough bone to support an implant. Patients who feel anxious about dental visits can also ask about the practice's sedation options, including nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation.
