New patient haven’t been seen yet but they have already called and rescheduled my appointment!! 1st impressions are everything . Because we are very limited to resources in our area, I will give them a try however, if the experience matches up to any of the reviews that I have read, it will be worth the 2 Hour Dr. to the Pensacola to get service for my child so that he doesn’t have a bad experience. Hoping for the best !

They are very unprofessional and cut corners when working with customers. the scheduling is a joke at best i spent 4 years dealing with their stupidity the doctors and nurses work with the "good ol'boys" mentality not caring if your in pain or need help. i had 2 teeth to get pulled and 4 fillings i needed help with they pulled one scheduled the next one for 3 months later, by the time they got to me 2 of my cavities had gotten worse and i had a new one to fill. but instead of taking care of everything they pulled one and scheduled me 4 months to my next one. after 4 years i have 9 teeth that have been pulled and 2 that need to be pulled. they just don't care about the people that need their help. my pregnant wife went through heck trying to get approved to get a painful tooth removed and today they didn't give her enough numbing medicine and tried to pull the tooth, when she accidently moved due to the pain they said she elbowed the nurse accidentally and kicked her out refusing her service. in short i would never go to the 11th street dentist office its nothing but a bunch of insurance sucking hacks. the Pancare dentistry in Youngstown is so much better more organized and helpful and they don't draw out the process. its a bit of a drive but worth it for real dentistry work

Impossible to get ahold of. The dentist couldn’t care less about taking an issue or concern seriously, they are more interested in getting in and out of your appointment . I know they’re a cheap option but to some people they are the only option. Scheduling is so backwards and far out.

My wife has come in twice for the same issue and it still hasn't been resolved. to fix it I'm going to have pay a 3rd time for the same problem. The first time the dentist ignored her request to check her lower jaw for a filling that has fallen out. Then today's appointment where they confirmed that indeed a filing has fallen out, which we told them from the outset. Then a third appointment for the actual filling. Hours and money wasted when it should have been dealt with at one appointment.

If you like to waste time and money come here! They literally didnt do anything to help my son's cavities. We told them we already had an evaluation at another dentist they wouldn't use that so we had an appointment for another evaluation here and we had to wait a month and come to here and when we did all that at the end they said they don't have happy gas for kids and sent us back to the original dentist we went to. Like why wouldn't they tell us they don't do extractions on kids over the phone when we made it clear that'swhat we needed? Why make us do all of this running and waste my time when they know they dont do that? My son has been SUFFERING for a month while we waited on this appointment and they obviously don't care or they would have told us this over the phone because now we have to wait another month for an appointment at another dentist. Also the front desk attendant was rude and not helpful she was only worried about getting the oven heated up to 400 so she could get some lunch
