I cannot recommend Panhandle Dental Care enough. Dr. Ott, Sandra, & the entire team have been nothing short of incredible—not just for me, but for my entire family. They treat us like gold every single time!
From the moment you check in, Sandra makes you feel welcomed & cared for in all ways! She is one of the most diligent, resolution providing people I’ve ever came across in an office environment like this.The dental assistants, etc..are so highly trained, it blows me away! The office runs so smoothly & efficiently, it’s beyond impressive! They’re punctual, organized, & always on top of everything. And, I cannot explain to you how fast they are w/ what needs to be done!
What sets them apart even more-is the level of compassion and dedication they show. I was in severe pain, dealing w/ swelling & infection- they went far beyond what I expected. They stay in touch w/ me, make sure I have what I need, coordinate additional medication when pain isn’t improving from what the ER prescribed, & they make themselves available if I need anything!! This level of care is unheard of these days, but it is on repeat- for our entire family!
Dr. Ott’s not only highly skilled, but genuinely cares about his patients & their comfort. I love that we can laugh w/ him, he’s so personable & real. My teeth are going through the wringer, I put off my care for too long, I was tired of being referred out, BUT, I do not have to be referred out anywhere w/ Dr. Ott. He can handle all of my needs, which is such a relief! He’s just amazing! They don’t push anything on us-it’s straightforward, & he gives me timelines for things for all of us, to which he is SPOT ON! He is so bright! You can feel that this office is built on compassion, trust, & excellence.
In today’s world, it’s hard to find healthcare providers who make you feel this valued & cared for. Panhandle Dental Care does exactly that. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me & my family. If you need a dentist, stop looking—this is the place. This is our “dental home” ❤️ Thank you guys for everything, even dealing w/ me running behind at times…lol, I don’t know how they do it for me, but they do, they really do, they get ME in so many ways! We are blessed to have them! They don’t have enough stars on here to give, because I can truly say- THIS IS THE BEST healthcare office, of any kind, that I have ever dealt with! ⭐️

Such care was taken that I didn't have any pain at all and didn't even feel the "pinch" of the needle I had been cautioned about. I was so relaxed and comfortable that I actually slept during the procedure. Dr. Ott is not an average dentist--he is excellent. His competent, calm vibe sets patients at ease. His staff is top-notch, too, as you would expect from a dental office of this caliber. They're located near Sacred Heart (Bay Medical) Hospital in a small, cream brick building and inside the decor is elegant/minimalist and pristine clean. I look forward to dental visits and I'm thankful to be a patient of Dr. Ott.

I recently moved here and live paycheck to paycheck. I had a broken tooth that was causing me the worst non stop pain ever. I have no insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. When I called to make an appt, they got me in as soon as they could. I showed up knowing the tooth would need to be pulled while also knowing I didn’t have enough money to do so. Everyone, from the front desk, to the assistant, to Dr.Ott, listened to me and understood my situation. They did not try to sell me on thousands of dollars of dental work that I already know I need. They listened to ME and cared about what I was concerned with for my quality of life and the reason for my visit. I just wanted the pain to stop. Even though I didn’t have enough money for the extraction of my tooth at the time, they cared about the pain I was in. They told me I could pay what I could that day, but they were going to pull the tooth for me because it was in my best interest. They set up a payment plan for me to pay the remainder of what I could not afford that day. It’s 3 days later now and I can not express how grateful I am for them. I no longer have pain and I can live life to the fullest. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I plan on going back for all my future dental needs. Thank you Dr. Ott and all of your amazing staff!!!

My husband and I have been going to this dentist for 4 years. Great staff. Always professional and on time. My husband has had a couple of procedures and has never had a problem.

I hate going to the dentist, lots of anxiety. Dr Ott and staff make me feel comfortable and are so pleasant and nice. I would Not see anyone else but this great staff. Always greeted with a smile.
