We sought out Dr. Brian Bailey from Lubbock due to a referral, and I'm thrilled to say that he surpassed our expectations in the most uplifting way. Initially, I was concerned that our insurance wasn't accepted in Lubbock, and the long drive to Amarillo seemed daunting, but our visit proved to be a transformative experience that filled us with hope and gratitude. However, our visit proved to be a game-changer, and I'm grateful we decided to move forward with renewed optimism. The two-hour drive was well worth it, as Dr. Bailey provided a thorough and insightful consultation that illuminated our path forward. He took the time to address our questions, explain the procedure in detail, and offer guidance on pre-surgical preparations with the utmost care and compassion. Our conversation was not only informative but also warm, personalized, and deeply inspiring. Overall, the visit was outstanding, and I'm looking forward to our return with great anticipation. I want to share my wonderful experience with Panhandle Oral & Maxillofacial Service. I was scheduled promptly with multiple options to choose from. When I arrived the clinic I was welcomed with a warm smile and great mannerism. Dr. Bailey and the assistant were professional, friendly and genuinely invested in my care and well being. Dr. Bailey was able to answer all my questions and provided thorough explanations about the procedure being performed. They were upfront about my insurance coverage and out of pocket cost. I recommend this dental clinic to anyone needing oral care. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
