Thank you very much for the Opportunity with Pannu Dental Group on the Journey of my Dental Implant Treatment in the long run. It's been really an amazing experience of working with the Staffs from the Dental Pannu Group at the San Jose Office Location. I have received the best service in their Office on July 11, 2026. I am very excited and i can't wait in getting the best result of my Dental Implant Procedure. At the Pannu Dental Group San Jose Office i am looking forward for the work of getting back that Smile for me again! I know It...!! I will put my best bet on the day we will begin? I got an implant and bone graft with Dr. Pannu. He is really nice! After the free consultation, he explained everything very clearly! The staff and nurses are knowledgeable, nice, and polite! After the surgery and implant, I only felt a little pain. The doctor did a great job! Thank you so much doctor Pannu and his team!

I’m usually not the type of person to leave bad reviews because I’m a business owner too, and I understand things can happen. But this time I honestly have to because my experience with this place was terrible. I first visited them about 5–6 months ago for a basic cleaning. I gave them my insurance information, and they said everything was fine. But once I was seated, they started pushing different “better” cleaning options and telling me my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They wanted me to pay over $1,500 out of pocket. I refused and told them I only wanted the basic cleaning that my insurance already covered. Once they realized I wasn’t going to pay extra, suddenly everything was “okay” and I ended up paying nothing. I decided not to leave a bad review at that time because I wanted to give them a second chance. They scheduled my next cleaning appointment, and I thought maybe the first experience was just a misunderstanding. This time, they called me a week in advance to confirm my appointment, and I confirmed it. Then the day before my appointment, they called again telling me I had to contact my insurance and transfer everything over from my doctor myself. I was confused because every other dental office handles that process for you once you provide your insurance card. They already did it the first time, so I don’t understand why suddenly it became my responsibility. When I questioned it, they were like no you have to do it that’s it. In the end, I canceled the appointment because I didn’t want to deal them how unprofessional and rude they are. Overall, I would not recommend this place. In my opinion, they try very hard to make customers pay as much as possible out of pocket, and the customer service is honestly horrible. If you want to avoid extra stress and headaches, I’d stay away from this office. They seriously need to learn how to treat customers better. Good luck to anyone going there.

Panuu Dental Group I had an amazing experience at Panuu Dental Group! I was one of the first patients to have a robotic-assisted dental implant surgery, and it went perfectly. Dr. Panuu and the whole team were kind, patient, and made me feel totally at ease. The procedure was fast, precise, and my healing was smooth. My implant looks and feels great! Highly recommend this office — they combine cutting-edge technology with genuine care.

I was searching for fixed implant teeth that I dont have to remove. I had visited two other places before making an appointment with Pannu Dental Group. My first impression when I walked in was the place was very clean and organized. I was greeted by someone at the front desk with a smile and a welcome to Pannu Dental, how can I help you. I told them I had an appointment for consultation regarding permanent dentures. They had me fill out some forms and told me the doctor will be with me in a few minutes. It wasn't long until Dr. Pannu come out from the back with a big smile and welcoming in and leading me to his office. He asked what was my main reason for coming in and I told him, I wanted to be able to eat again. Dr. Pannu asked, what about your smile? I answered, what about it, I don't smile anymore. Dr. Pannu looked at me with a look of understanding and said, I'll fix that. We talked for about thirty minutes where he explained the different procedures, what was available. What I wanted for myself. At the end of my consultation Dr. Pannu tells me, ok take a couple days and think about all the information Ive given you and if you come to a decsion that you want to continue with one of the treatment plans just call and make an appointment. I respond with, can we start today? Dr. Pannu looked at and asked, are you sure, never in my twenty plus years as anyone ever come in for a consult and not gone home to think about it. Ive waited long enough to do this, can we start today? I responded Dr. Pannu answered, Sure! Walked me to a dental chair and minutes later started extracting teeth. Its been a long process, multiple surgeries, and in the middle of everything I get diagnosed with Colon and Abdominal Cancer and have to have surgery. I gave all the information to Dr. Pannu he made adjustments to fit my medical condition and my health. Always concerned about how I was doing and feeling. We continued with my treatment. Dr. Pannu then asked for pictures so he had a reference of what my smile looked like. Unfortunately I had none and told him he would have to create my smile himself with nothing to work with just his experience and expertise. As time went on I went through about four or five temporary implants supported fixed teeth, getting scans done using the amazing equipment they use, xrays done. To finally getting my full arch fixed implant zirconia teeth both upper and lower jaw put it. I smile now and laugh without covering my mouth. I owe my smile to Dr. Pannu, he created it. I thank you for giving my smile and being able to eat steak again back. To everyone working at Pannu Dental Group in San Jose its been such a pleasure watching you all work on me, the concern you showed and the ability to make me fill comfortable. You all are the best.
