Dr.Purev Is outstanding. She is skilled, compassionate, and goes beyond what is required for her patients. Today she saw me on her lunch hour because her schedule was full and I needed to be seen quickly. I feel grateful to have her as my Dentist. The remaining Support staff were also excellent.

The customer service is excellent—not to mention the performance of the staff themselves. I definitely recommend them highly; they do their job exceptionally well and even offer detailed recommendations on what to do and the steps to follow.

The tartar cleaning was very superficial, and the tartar under the gums was not removed. I was only informed about an additional cost for that procedure after I asked for clarification, as the reception staff do not explain these details on their own. The clinic is noisy and lacks privacy. I was also advised to remove my wisdom teeth without any explanation or discussion of alternatives. Overall, the clinic lacks transparency and professionalism. I do not recommend it, especially if you rely on insurance.

Alejandra is truly exceptional at her job. She was very considerate and gentle with a difficult procedure. I took ibuprofen twice that day and had almost no pain. So grateful!

My teeth have gotten so much worse since I started coming to this office. Their appointment availability is terrible (after my last cleaning, they said their next available appointment for a cleaning was literally a YEAR out), they'll cancel on you at the last second, and they don't listen to patient complaints. They did a root canal on me in March that has caused me ongoing pain and discomfort for months. I kept trying to get it fixed, and all they'd do is drill down the crown and tell me to wait some more. I finally had to pay hundreds of dollars to a specialist to get it fixed because it turns out the Park Falls dentist didn't do the root canal right the first time. To their credit, the front office staff is friendly and professional, but the overall quality of work and care is totally lacking.
