My overall experience with Parkside dental office was a very pleasant experience. Starting from the front desk with Glenda and Michael, both are very helpful, friendly and they made you feel very welcoming. Jessica was my hygienist and she was a well listener, very knowledgeable and very caring. She puts me at ease when she was caring for me. Dr. Park was very professional and easy to approach. I feel very confident getting my teeth done at this office. Everyone is amazing and I also like that they have water and coffee station that you can help yourself with.

Today was my first cleaning at Parkside Dental. The staff was kind and welcoming. My cleaning and thorough and painless!! Jessica the hygienist did a great job. Dr. Kim was friendly and thorough in his follow up to my cleaning. I've found a new dental home since my dentist retired!

I wish I could take back the decision to bring my child here. They were only nice when trying to win your business.
This office is completely disorganized, and every visit feels like they're making things up as they go. We signed a contract for Invisalign, only to be told braces were "ready," so we had to push back the appointment. When we returned, nothing was actually ready because they hadn't taken measurements, something that easily could've been done at the prior visit. Another delay.
Every appointment comes with a new promise that doesn't happen. I've had to rearrange my schedule, pull my child out of school early, and waste time on an inefficient scheduling system. They handed us retainers with zero instructions, and when I asked follow‑up questions, I was spoken to like I was an inconvenience. There is dental assistant that is rude and the orthodontist is dismissive. I do have to commend Christine and the blonde dental assistant are super friendly, 5 stars for them.
I cannot wait for my child's treatment to be over. I made mistake of recommending this to a friend, I'm glad I warned them early enough not to proceed.
Once they have your business, say goodbye to their friendliness. I know this for a fact because when I was going to try and bring my child for a consult, suddenly they were nice again. How convenient. This should really be a negative review.

Today I had my first experience at Parkside & I couldn’t be happier! Everyone was professional and especially nice, made it feel like I had gone there for years. Also, my dentist was so gentle with my cleaning, such a relief. All around great experience! I would highly recommend them!
