Had a tooth pulled by Dr. Brooks a while ago! He was great and so kind! The front desk staff is so kind and informative! My husband had a cleaning last week and they were just as good to him then!

This place was amazing, especially after a horrible horrible experience at a different dentist right up the street!! Every single employee there was kind, and you could just tell that they are all passionate about helping their patients!!

Parkway Dental is a family dental practice at 402 East Parkway Drive in Russellville, Arkansas. The practice was founded in 1992 by Dr. Don Simmons, when it was known as Simmons Family Dental, and was sold to Dr. Dale Brooks and Dr. Amy Kirby in December 2020. Dr. Simmons continues to work at the practice part time alongside the new owners.

Meet the Doctors
The clinical team at Parkway Dental includes Dr. Dale Brooks, DDS, and Dr. Amy Kirby, DDS, who own the practice, along with founder Dr. Donald Simmons, DDS, who continues to see patients part time. Dr. Brooks earned a biology degree from Freed-Hardeman University in 2002 and his dental degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where he received the Academy of General Dentistry Award for the student with the most potential to become an exceptional general dentist. Dr. Kirby, a Russellville native, graduated with honors from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received her doctorate in dental surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, and she is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, and the American Association of Women in Dentistry. Dr. Simmons graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1983 and earned his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1987.
