If you want the best of the best, Dr. Ihor Danko is the man. I had a massive procedure—wisdom teeth and the two molars in front of them (6 teeth total) pulled right before Thanksgiving. I’ve never had an experience like it.
Dr. Danko has next-level confidence. He walked in, went straight to the chart, and was incredibly direct: "This is gone, this is gone, this is gone." No arrogance, just total expertise and a great personality. He had me in and out of the office in about 45 minutes.
I was expecting days of agony, but the pain never came. I didn’t even need to take an Advil. Aside from a sore jaw and the expected recovery, there was zero pain and zero issues. What he does is on another level. I feel incredibly lucky to have had him as my surgeon. If you’re in Parma and need oral surgery, look no further!

Can’t say enough great things about CLE OMS and the entire staff. I had a very bad pain from my wisdom tooth coming in and no where could get me in for like the next 2-3 months. The receptionist at CLE OMS in Parma was very pleasant and fit me in, in 5 days due to a cancellation. I hate going to the dentist and I have extreme anxiety, they all made the process at ease for me and even recommended to bring headphones for blocking out the sound since I would be awake. Dr. Danko had my tooth pulled out with in 3 minutes I could not believe it. The pain was virtually nonexistent during recovery, just the normal discomfort. I would recommend this place to anyone who especially is not a fan of the dentist. I actually need to get a root canal done on one of my other tooth’s and I am going to be calling the office Monday to HOPE Dr. Danko performs root canals because I would highly trust his work again. Thank you so much CLE OMS you were outstanding with every bit of my experience!

I had the most unprofessional interaction yesterday with the surgeon. Since the day of my extraction. August 27. I have felt a cut on the side of my gums. On the opposite side of my incision. It didn’t bother me so I haven’t thought anything of it. But recent weeks it has brought me pain, and seems as if some bone or tooth is starting to pop out. So I got an appointment. Waited over an hour. He came in and I explained what was happening to me. Everything I just said…. He said absolutely not. That’s not from the extraction. No no no. The extraction happened too long ago. That’s 3 months ago!! Um no. Not that long ago. ( I haven’t been to a dentist or anything since. I put off going to doctors and dentist as I’m sure many do!) Continuing- He is so persistent saying you had to of done that on your own. You broke that with your toothbrush. (Yup. He said I must of broken my own jaw bone on a tooth brush) mind you not, I don’t brush my teeth that often. Yup I’m gross. I didn’t brush my teeth for at least two weeks until after the procedure. Especially since it freaked me out. So uh nope. Couldn’t have even happened then. I still rarely brush my teeth like no and no. I kept telling him it’s 100 percent from the extraction ( CAUSE IT IS) and he just kept saying no and no. It’s on the opposite side of my incision. That caused the trauma and bam bone pops out through the other side of my gum. MAKES SENSE. As I start crying from frustration. So unbelievable. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t say he’s wrong. I’m guessing he’s one of those types. He’s never wrong. Right? Didn’t even take an x ray. Which I don’t understand. Why don’t you guys take x rays after the procedure? To see if it’s all out?? You guys wouldn’t even take one for my appointment! I’m not stupid. Thanks. I walked out balling me eyes out. You’ve got to be kidding me. And yes I understand how after an extraction pieces of teeth and bone can push out thru the gums. But the way he acted. Wow. I wanted to get my wisdom teeth taken out because of how much pain I’ve been in. And I’m just in more pain now.

Awesome team! I had a molar extraction because of 20 yr old root canal that had seen better days. Dr. Martinez was fantastic he was very kind, and explained everything as he went along. His assistant was great from start to finish explained everything from beginning to home instructions.
The ladies at the front desk were awesome, extremely kind, made you feel like a person and not a number. I appreciated the heads up on out of pocket costs and transparency of what to expect in the event insurance does not cover more. No hidden surprises.
I was extremely nervous about the entire process and everyone made me feel very comfortable. I was given local numbing for the molar extraction, only felt pressure no pain.
I would definitely recommend CLE OMS Office, great team I wish I could give more ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.

Everyone in the office was so nice and welcoming. My daughter was really anxious about having her wisdom teeth done, but the staff, assistants and doctors really put her at ease. Dr Warn made her feel so comfortable before and after the procedure. He was great. He even personally called later that day to check on her. This was a great experience!
