We went in for our consultation from our daughter to get her wisdom teeth pulled.... From start to finish it was easy and everybody was very helpful and then when it was our turn to go see doc, he was also very informative. Very helpful and put our mind at ease. We are all set for a easy and smooth transition to getting all her wisdom teeth pulled in August!

Went in a little nervous about needing to have a wisdom tooth extracted, but after meeting Dr. Desai, I felt very confident about the inevitable extraction. After having my x-rays done, he explained the options to me and what to expect during and after the procedure. I felt very comfortable with what he proposed and very confident in his ability. His staff was equally kind and very professional. Not looking forward to having this wisdom tooth extracted, but definitely feel more at ease, knowing I’m in good hands.

Dr. Desai is an expert in his field and utilizes technology to get things exactly right. The extraction the doctor completed for me was quick and simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's super reassuring to be with an oral surgeon I can trust.

i overall had a great experience! i got all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth out in january & dr. desai and his staff were amazing! they made the whole process super comfortable even as i was recovering! i highly recommend - thank you again!!!

I came in to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Desai began by shoving the novocaine needle in various areas of my mouth with no warning. To cope, I started to hum as it helped soothe my mind. I was aggressively told to “stop that humming”. Then he began removing the first wisdom tooth. I felt a sudden sharp nerve pain and put my hand up to let him know to stop. Even though I could feel the cut into my gums I was told that what I was feeling pressure, not pain. Dr. Desai reluctantly gave me more novocaine after I asked and the tooth came out pain free. However, that blatant dismissal of my pain initially encouraged me to stop the procedure altogether. I got one wisdom tooth extracted and gained a lifetime of trauma. I’m not sure if it was the time of day (two hours to closing) or ambivalence for me personally but Dr. Desai truly lacked compassion during my appointment. Had he been more compassionate I likely would have continued the procedure but that initial dismissal of my pain made me feel unsafe. It was just a business transaction I suppose. I got a refund for the teeth not extracted and that was that.
