Highly recommend!! From the moment you walk in...no from the first time you call, Jill will make you feel welcome! She was kind and helpful the whole way through! They got me an appointment quickly, which I appreciate so much! Dr. Riggs is kind and patient, and spent a lot of time examining my teeth, and explaining my options and what would happen going forward. Meghan did a fantastic job with my deep cleaning. She was thorough, and explained what she was doing and why. Megan explained and demonstrated techniques to keep up my maintenance until next time. Kathy helped me get checked out, and was so kind and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this office and the people in it! I would highly recommend Dr. Riggs and his awesome staff at Partner in Periodontics!

Dr. Riggs office is phenomenal. I have a pretty big fear of all things dental related and was scared out of my gourd the first time I saw Dr. Riggs.
Dr. Riggs is very kind and never once hurt me. It's like he understood that people don't enjoy going to the periodontist, but he wanted to still make it as good of a visit as possible. He was also very patient when answering my 9 million questions and gave good, functional advice. (The previous periodontist I had seen wanted me to take 2 weeks off work. When I spoke with Dr. Riggs about this and told him this was not accessible to me he totally understood and helped me to develop a plan that worked with my work schedule. I was off 2 days for my procedure.)
Shelby is one of the assistants and she has the kindest soul. You can tell there is something deep within her that cares about her patients. I think she knew I was pretty nervous my first couple of appointments and comforted me totally unprompted (which I really appreciate).

Went in for a consultation, Dr Riggs looked at information my primary dentist generated and didn’t take X-rays. We spoke for about 10-15 minutes and his front office is charging me $150 for a comprehensive exam. I gave the office a chance to review the situation and they still claimed I was given a comprehensive exam. What I went in for was a consultation and every single specialist I have seen on the Front Range for the extensive dental work I have been undertaking for the last few years treated this type of visit as such and didn’t charge me. Dr Riggs was great, knowledgeable and I was looking forward to having him do the procedure. But after the front office incorrectly categorized my visit and is charging me this amount for something I didn’t receive, even after I gave them a chance to review and change their stance, I won’t be back.

I was impressed with them during my consult for gum graft. Kathy was great in following up trying to get an answer from insurance. Great communication. Due to insurance reasons, I ended up having to change to another provider. I was so impressed with how kind and professional the were in that transfer of records, considering the situation. So I didn't have work done but I'd bet it is great based on the great customer service.

Dr Riggs was amazing! He took the time to explain everything he was doing to make me feel comfortable with an implant extraction. I had local anesthesia and felt no pain or discomfort. He gave me detailed instructions on after care and made sure he answered all my questions! It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental/periodontal office. Dr Riggs and his assistants, Sara and Jenn were professional and caring and helped ease my anxiety!
