Husband arrived early to complete paperwork and be ready on time for scheduled appointment. Total time spent in office was more than 1 hour for comprehensive exam to be told that time has ran out per the allotted time reserved and could not complete the visit today. Waited more than 30 min in operatory after Xray's were completed. Left without a treatment plan because they did not have time to present it. Thus contributing to poor quality service a very low patient satisfaction. Priority was a broken front tooth but it was not addressed. They passed their time management issues onto the patient.
Treatment coordinator seems to run the show and with little authority from the dentist. She could work on her people skills. "Seemed like I was a burden to her and was rude".
Not a very well run practice.

You know it’s pretty sad when this morning my mom and I were has been calling passed away dental in Santa Maria, for the last two weeks and the stupid answer machine is not the best one in the world and we’ve been trying to find a new dentist for us to go to my mom finally gets a hold of the people this morning to make an appointment for myself and my dad and my mom and they had to schedule for 14 April. My mom made a mistake and tried to call back to cancel no response. I got on the phone and called Lampo see if they can cancel our appointment but I called them and they sent me a response of saying sorry we are busy helping our customer patient no answer so I put a review on and what do you know the owner or if it is the owner responds by saying? Bryan we are sad to see this posted and will be following up as it does not appear that you are a patient of our office. Of course we are not a patient yet we were trying to be, but of course we had to cancel because something has come up, but of course you guys are too rude to realize anything. No wonder you guys have bad reviews. Maybe if you guys would answer your phone you guys would have a lot more business and a lot more nice people calling you but don’t ever tell me that we are not a patient when we are trying to have you guys to be our Dentist because our Dentist that we had was a idiot and apparently you guys don’t care about customer service or anything I guess oh you guys curve out his money The photo that is going with this review is what the Lompoc place sent me as a response to every single time. That’s what they send you because they do not want to talk to you. I guess the owner if you read this, why don’t you go into your scheduling of your Santa Maria, location and you’ll see that there is a new patient for April 14 for Bryan, Christine and Dad. We were trying to be your new patient but after that response from the owner, I don’t think we wanna we’ll go somewhere else. I’m only doing it on this review because apparently I can’t get through to any of both locations.

The office is very warm and inviting, love the music they play and the front desk staff really tell you everything straight fwd no hidden fees. Dr. Mankad was very nice and i knew I was in good hands with the Santa Maria team! Thank you again for getting me in!

The staff in the Santa Maria office took great care of me during my visit. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I am happy with the outcome and feel great about recommending them to anyone needing a dentist.

New patient first time visit. I felt like the provider really listened to me and explained things very well. The tech was a little rough taking my xrays and getting the 3D scan of my teeth, but was otherwise pleasant.
