Dr McAndrew and his wife were very helpful in my time of need by opening his office. I had a lot of problems with a tooth that had been pulled Monday. Very friendly and caring. Highly recommend Dr Brian P.McAndrew.

Had a tooth extraction done. The dentist is very pleasant makes sure you're okay through the whole experience.His assistant I had was the sweetest. The whole office staff is wonderful. When you have had a couple of bad oral surgeons, and you found a good one.You definitely appreciate their compassion to their customers.Thanks again.馃榿Tammy

My experience at this practice was to say the least, refreshing and most enjoyable. I was recommended by my dentist to come here for my wisdom teeth. The team as a whole is just amazing and work great together! Things moved efficiently while at the same time I was given the peace of mind and the ability to embrace the experience as I was very nervous going into it. Jasmine at the front desk was very help with any questions I had making my experience effortless. Sarah was fantastic, she was very sweet and compassionate. Doctor McAndrew was everything you could ask for from a doctor and more! He shows he really cares and enjoys his line of work. He is extremely intelligent and a bright energy! I would recommend this practice to anyone

About Patriot Oral and Facial Surgery - Brian Mcandrew DMD, MD
Patriot Oral & Facial Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 121 Bulifants Boulevard, Suite B in Williamsburg, Virginia. The practice serves patients from Williamsburg, Newport News, Toano, Norge and Yorktown. It performs a full range of dental implant procedures, including single tooth replacement, implants for patients missing all upper or lower teeth, implant supported overdentures, and the bone grafting that is sometimes needed before implants can be placed, such as ridge augmentation, sinus lifts and socket preservation. The office also offers 3D imaging and provides information on the cost of dental implants and what to expect after implant surgery.
Beyond implants, the practice offers wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, exposure of impacted teeth, and treatment of facial pain, facial injuries and jaw joint disorders, along with corrective jaw surgery. The staff is trained to assist with intravenous sedation in the office, and the website provides detailed before and after surgical instructions for patients. Meet the Doctors
Patriot Oral & Facial Surgery is led by Dr. Brian P. McAndrew, DMD, MD, FACS, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. McAndrew earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1993, completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the Medical College of Virginia in 1997, where he served as chief resident, and went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1999. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a past president of the Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He served as an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2015 before opening his own practice in Williamsburg.
