100% a wonderful experience. I was very nervous to go in for my 2 extractions and a grafting. From the moment I walked in to the bright and welcoming office , I was greeted and well taken care of. All my concerns and questions were met with a knowledgeable care. From the front Admin, to dental hygienists,oral surgery assistants, to Dr Pavlick; smiles, warmth, care, and information was provided to make me comfortable and have the best recovery possible. Dr. Pavlick is wonderful!! He is welcoming and happily answers questions with a sympathetic tone. During the whole process he walked me through it step by step to help relieve my worries. I would highly recommend! 10/10.

This will be my second experience with Dr. Reppas. The first time was 6 years ago, and I was so impressed with the staff, the office, the care and the follow up. Just like last time, Dr. Reppas is so kind, patient, willing to explain and just completely professional. Upfront about everything. Last time I was cared for at the Kent location, which is very nice. This time I went to the new Solon location. It’s beautiful. Most important, they have the latest equipment and provide the BEST care. I recommend to all.

Having my tooth extracted was a very positive experience. The office is a perfect blend of personal and professional. They went out of their way to schedule my extraction as soon as possible, and even called when an earlier appointment became available. During the extraction, I was kept informed at every step and made to feel like an important member of the procedure. I was given clear expectations for recovery. They made the experience the best it could be!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. They called before surgery to make sure we had done everything we needed to do, and they even called that evening after the procedure to check in and make sure everything was okay. It made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. The office is beautiful, modern, and state-of-the-art. All of the nurses, the doctor, and the front desk staff were awesome, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. The surgeon’s personal touch really stood out. After the nurse finished talking with us, he came out and spoke with us one-on-one, which I truly appreciated, and he made sure my son was fully prepared for recovery, especially with him leaving for college that week. We had no issues at all, and everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend this office.

I visited Pavlick & Reppas Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in the beautiful new unit in Solon five days ago for an implant. Any dental surgery is, of course, an unpleasant experience. However Dr Pavlick and his excellent team ensured I was as comfortable as possible. This is the first surgery of this nature I have had and as far as I can tell Dr Pavlick is highly skilled and his surgery is equipped with the latest equipment. All through the process from arrival to departure I was treated with respect and the team were happy to answer any questions I had and make sure I was ok before moving on to the next step. Dr Pavlick is happy to explain the operation in as much detail as the patient wishes/is comfortable with. Aftercare and “in case of emergency or concern” instructions were clear. It’s early days yet (I am still on antibiotics) and have a follow up in a little over a week but things seem to be healing well. I will give an update if anything changes, however as of now I would certainly recommend this team
