Dr. Pazmino and his team provide an exceptional experience from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly so you feel informed and comfortable with your care.
What truly stands out is the level of attention given to patient comfort. The office creates a very welcoming environment, they offer blankets to keep you warm, beverages like coffee if you’d like something to drink, and even allow you to choose music or something to watch on the television during your visit. These small details make a big difference.
You can clearly see that Dr. Pazmino takes great pride in his work, his practice, and his staff. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, patient, and genuinely cares about the experience of his patients, I would highly recommend Dr. Pazmino.

After more than three decades with the same dentist, I had to establish care with someone new, which isn’t easy. Pazmino Dentistry made a fantastic impression from the very first phone call to the goodbye at the end of my first visit. Every member of the team clearly cares about their patients, both professionally and personally. If you’re looking for an honest dentist and a group of hardworking, genuinely kind people, Pazmino is the place to go. They truly get customer service right, and they’ve earned a new patient for as long as they’re around.

Experienced yet another great visit with Dr. Pazmino and his crew. Fabiola provided an excellent exam and generously imparted recommendations to ensure my dental health got back on track. The front desk crew is the heart of this establishment. The minute you walk in, you feel welcomed and treated like family. On your way out, you leave feeling like you were cared for and loved on. This practice has the winning formula for excellent customer service and 5 star quality care!

I was dreading sitting in the dentist's chair after neglecting my teeth for years. I shouldn't have worried though, because although they are extremely thorough, Dr. Pazmino and his entire staff is so professional, compassionate, and highly competent. I have a solid treatment plan and a new sense of confidence about my oral health. Can't recommend this practice more highly.

Always a great experience visiting Pazmino Denistry office in Temple . I have been going there along time Doctor Pazmino is great and very friendly and easy to talk to. The front ladies are great and helpful. I have been seeing my dental hygienist for probably 25 years followed as she has changed Dental offices i had to see another hygienist this time and she was great also. I appreciate how they work you in if you have a difficult work schedule. I enjoy seeing Celestia and she is more like a family member of mine than just a dental person I see once or twice a year and I appreciate her professionalism and going beyond the bare minimum. I can t say enough about how much I appreciate how well she has taken care of me over the last 25 years!!!!

Pazmino Dentistry is a general dental office at 3013 West Scott Boulevard in Temple, Texas, serving patients from Temple and surrounding Central Texas communities such as Belton and Salado. The practice continues a long tradition of dental care at this location, which Dr. Gustav Gates transitioned to Dr. Manuel Pazmino after decades of serving the Temple community. Services include preventive check-ups and cleanings, periodontal (gum) treatment, crowns and bridges, dentures and partials, tooth extractions, porcelain veneers, professional teeth whitening, ClearCorrect clear aligners, all-ceramic restorations, jaw joint (TMJ) therapy, and emergency dentistry. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and accepts new patients.
For patients missing teeth, Pazmino Dentistry offers dental implant placement and restoration, with the entire implant process completed under one roof rather than through referral to an outside specialist. Treatment begins with a consultation to review oral health and medical history, followed by any needed preparatory work such as gum disease therapy, extractions, or bone grafting, then implant surgery, a healing period of several months, and delivery of the final crown, bridge, or denture. The practice also provides implant dentures in both fixed and removable options for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth. Financing through CareCredit is available to help fit treatment into a monthly budget.
Meet the Doctors
Dr. Manuel Pazmino, Jr., DDS, leads the practice and provides start-to-finish dental implant care in the office. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry after completing undergraduate studies in biology and psychology at Rutgers University, where he also worked as a dental lab technician. According to the practice, he has completed over 400 hours of continuing education, serves as a Cerecdoctors mentor and Spear Education faculty member, holds additional certifications in dental implants and laser dentistry, and is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
