Walked in and no wait time for appointment. This is my third year with Peachtree Dental. Everyone is friendly, caring and professional. No stress or anxiety to report on my behalf over cleanings and exams. A great place for dental care. Love Ali and Dr. Watson.

I am having the best dental experience I have ever had. I have had to get quite a bit of work done from getting cavities fixed, getting teeth extracted, and being fitted for a partial. They explain everything in detail, they are professional, and most importantly kind. They have gone above and beyond to help me overcome my anxiety. I will definitely come back and bring my family if they need any dental work.

This office has truly been a gift. I have been to so many dentist and have had so much trauma in the past. I have had issues for the longest time not being able to get numb and still feeling everything. Dr. Allie Watson was the first dentist to really listen to what was going on with me and has always made me comfortable through every tooth pulled. I will never be able to thank her enough. ❤️

The dental work was and is, I’m sure, exceptional. I am very pleased with my teeth and it’s been a year. However. During my first consultation , Echell, an office manager, never mentioned to me that they were out of network. I’m 69, i forgot to ask. She was so convincing as she shared a story about her mother getting older; She understood what getting older meant. I thought i could trust her. I shouldn’t have. When the bill came….. What!! I’m making monthly payments to a company i resent, and confess it as sin. Seniors take note. Always, Always ask if the service is in network. After reading other reviews, I still have a clean conscience telling you, because it is the truth. I learned my lesson. Did you Echell? PS. Update! After making monthly payments for at least six months, my bill became $1000 more. I’ll take a credit drop and stop paying them. A horrible adventure on my otherwise peaceful journey through life!

Yesterday, I experienced a dental emergency. This was also following a recent ice storm that caused widespread, power outages, property, damage, and unsafe travel conditions throughout the area. As a new patient, I contacted Peach Tree Dental-West Monroe, and explained my situation. They were incredibly prompt and accommodating, allowing me to be seen the same day. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I also struggle with significant dental anxiety, which I shared with them. I was met with genuine reassurance, compassion, and patience from both the staff and the dentist, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. I was highly impressed with the level of care I received and I’m very grateful for their responsiveness and empathy. I would absolutely recommend Peach Tree Dental to anyone in need of excellent dental care.
