I switched from my old dentist to Pearl Family Dental, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve been going there for the past 2–3 years, and even though I only come in every 6 months for cleanings and checkups, the staff always makes me feel so welcomed the moment I walk through the door. Everyone is incredibly kind, friendly, and personable. The small details and conversations during each visit really make a difference and create such a comfortable experience. They also take the time to listen to any concerns I have about my oral health and always make me feel heard and cared for. I truly appreciate how genuine and welcoming the entire team is every time I visit.

My family has visited Pearl Family Dental Care for many years. The kids have never been afraid of the dentist because of how amazing and gentle the staff is. Natalie, Lauren and Marlene always go above and beyond to make sure we have a seamless visit. Thank you ladies!

Office staff always friendly and professional. Technical staff (had teeth cleaned) were efficient and caring. Dentist stopped by, checked on me, took time to explain everything

“My visit was great from start to finish. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long. The dentist was very gentle and explained each step, which made me feel at ease. I’m really happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend them to others.”

I used to go to Moanalua Shopping Center’s Office but now they don’t take my insurance coverage so they told me to call Pearl Highland’s Office. I had to schedule an urgent appointment because one of my fillings came out and the toothache was worsening . I did just that and made the call, scheduled me a cleaning and told them my reason etc. The phone call went smooth and it was just awesome all the way. No offense but customer service here is way better than their other office. I was surprised with how good of customer service I got just through the phone. Sadly they couldn’t take me day of or next day so I dealt with my pain over the weekend and held it out til we scheduled next availability which was today. Walked in and they greeted me very friendly even with smile. I checked in did my paperworks and was called right at my appointment time. They answered my questions and did my cleaning came to find out I have to get a root canal plus replace my filling. The cleaning felt super good the aunty knew what she was doing getting in there and it even looks way better than how the other office cleaned my teeth. All in all overall I’m sticking to this office. Its been a few years since I last visited the dentist but this office made me feel so good and comfortable. I’ve never gotten this experience at their other office. I’m proud to say I’m satisfied. Thank you Pearl Family Dental Care at Pearl Highlands!!!
