By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The staff was amazing, but the doctor was incredibly rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, she assumed I didn’t speak English and asked if I was Spanish-speaking. She then questioned why I came to her office instead of where my doctor referred me, as if I needed to justify seeking care there. Throughout the visit, she made it very clear she did not want to help me and seemed completely uninterested in working with me. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a dental office before. As a family with a PPO plan that they are contracted with, I expected professionalism, not to be questioned about why I was there with my child. If you don’t want to provide a service, be honest from the beginning before collecting the money . There is no reason to be rude to patients. I would not recommend this office based on my experience with the doctor. Also, I’m still waiting on the records requested for today’s visit. I was told I would get them and have not received them. Best believe I will contacting my insurance.

My wisdom teeth surgery was perfect. Staff is very friendly. Even though the extraction of my wisdom teeth was “challenging” (according to the surgeon) I had 0 pain.

I didn't like how little supervision my daughter had after all 4 wisdom teeth were removed with sedation. Plus they charge $200 fee if the car for ride back home isn't in their parking lot. Which is really greedy of them. Feels like they learned a way to be greedy by pushing patients out so quickly after sedating them. Even my pharmacist said that is not right to do. There was also no follow up appointment made by them so that's weird too.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted last week and I am so happy everything went smoothly! From the consultation, scheduling, and the procedure itself, I received a lot of support and help from the team. They answered all of my questions, helped me reschedule my appointment, and did a great job with the procedure! I had minimal pain and everything looked great after the surgery. They are such a kind and caring team, and I'd definitely recommend this clinic to everyone I know! I'm also really happy that they sent me home with a care package with post-op instructions, an ice pack, and an irrigation syringe! They really didn't miss any detail when caring for patients :) I just want to say a huge thank you to the team since I wasn't able to thank them after my surgery due to being loopy 😂 Thank you again~

The staff as well are all very friendly. I waited pretty long to get my wisdom teeth removed and had anxiety about it, but went under sedation and literally passed out! Dr. Holewa is really nice and was patient with all my concerns. Got my pain killers and antibiotics, the staff are very on top of their game.The recovery process was much easier this time around so I’m very happy overall.
