Pensacola Family Dentistry is a busy office but in the best way possible! It truly runs like a well-oiled machine. I was honestly in awe watching the front desk team manage check-ins, check-outs, and multiple phone calls so smoothly while still being friendly and attentive. My hygienist was incredibly thorough, took her time with me, and explained my oral health in detail. She made me feel reassured and confident that I was in the right hands. Dr. Santora came in with his calm and reassuring personality and immediately put me at ease about the future dental work I need.
I left feeling well cared for and informed, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit ..which says a lot! Highly recommend this office!!

Pensacola Family Dentistry has been absolutely amazing for our family. The hygienists were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding while working with my autistic daughter. They took their time, explained everything gently, and truly made her feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit.
The front desk staff were just as wonderful, so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to explain our dental insurance benefits in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to find an office that combines exceptional clinical care with genuine compassion. We are so grateful to have found Pensacola Family Dentistry and highly recommend them to any family!!

From speaking to the front desk that made my first appointment to the end of my first visit, this place is great! The dentist was so kind and the dental hygienist was gentle and nice! The practice is very clean and well kept. Highly recommend! New to the area and I’m feeling grateful that I found this practice. Thankful to others helpful reviews to lead me here!

Staff was all very kind and amazing! Did not have to wait long until I was called back and they were very thorough. Dr.Santora addressed all of my concerns and answer all the questions I had. He throughly explained the cause and solutions for anything I asked about. I would highly recommend to my friends and family! Office was very clean and modern!

They made me feel welcome and right at home. Aimee is an amazing hygienist, Dona is so friendly all the way to the young lady who took my payment. Dr. Santora is so kind, personable and patient. He takes his time to explain things and makes sure you are not left with any questions. I am very confident that if anyone need any care from routine to serious, they will take care of you. Thank you so much!! I'm looking forward to my next visit.
