Incredible Experience at Pensacola Periodontists!I am so grateful I was referred here for my LANAP laser procedure. The entire experience was actually pleasant, and I was shocked by how little pain I felt during and after.The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. I was terrified about getting numbing shots in the roof of my mouth, but they made it completely gentle and easy. From Dr. Williams to the amazing team, everyone provided top-tier care. Highly recommend!

I immediately felt at ease, walking into Dr. Williams' office. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to confirm my insurance and also, helped me obtain and reach out to me when they received necessary info from my new dentist. Brandi did my initial exam and, based upon my prior experiences with a periodontal office, was kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Williams was amazing. It is evident how this office takes pride in all they do! This is just an extra, but the picture window I faced during my exam revealed an amazing, beautiful landscape which also made my experience most enjoyable (for a dental exam). Cannot say enough. Thank you, Dr. Williams and Staff!

When I called to make a new patient appointment for implant ,the staffer was friendly & professional. Arrived & Gabby took X-rays, discussed medication & explained the implant procedure. PATIENT Care is the #1 PRIORITY @ this office! Dr David Williams came in and introduced himself & discussed plan for implant. Dr Williams does NOT pressure you into getting additional implants unless you want them at this time. We felt comfortable & trust we are in good hands. Next we met with Cheyanne for the financial part of visit. She presented us with print out of the charges(no surprises). We are retired & no medical insurance. We paid with a check and saved a percentage by not using credit card or debit card. ( in other words we were given an option). Again, the office provides excellent patient care!

Dr. Williams and his entire staff are the best! I went in for Lanap in January and everyone made me feel so comfortable. With this procedure you have multiple follow ups and each and every time I am greeted with smiling faces and they are always 100% on time with appointments (which is huge for me). I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Jenny cleaned my teeth. She is so kind and considerate. I totally relaxed during the cleaning. Love her. Dr Williams explained a little problem I thought I had and put my mind at ease. Thank you. Everyone at the office is super nice. Ashley, my former hygienist, always remembers me with a hug.
