I had the worst experience at this place I wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone. The first time I was there after I checked in and sat there and waited I was told after sitting there for awhile they decided to tell me they didn't have any insurance papers for me and I will have to reschedule so I did. A week later I came back with what they needed or so they said. My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm they called to see if I could come in at 2 so I went with my support dog and my sister was coming to pick him up I sat there for 20 minutes she picked up my SUPPORT DOG that they wouldn't let in (against the law) now they tell me I had to reschedule because I was late for my appointment but here's the best part...they tried to charge me $150 for a cleaning that 1 never happened and 2 2 cleanings a year are paid for by the insurance company. Of course, I'm a disgruntled patient and was not very nice with my response and was told to watch my mouth. The following week I get a text reminding me of my appointment for that Wednesday which was never even scheduled and I had no intention of ever returning. Treating patients in the manner that I was treated and the people at the front desk not knowing what they were doing and trying to double dip makes me want to go to the local newspaper and to the BBB. I am just letting people know how I was treated as a new patient and a new Kentucky resident. Welcome to Kentucky!!!!

Absolutely the best dentist EVER! Genetics do not favor me when it comes to pearly whites. I have been to several dentist(8-10) and have NEVER found a dentist that is 110% phenomenal every visit! He’s also wonderful with children! My son is 8, has been several times and has no idea he’s even getting a numbing shot. His staff is also excellent! You will not regret making an appointment. When it comes to Dr. Trosper and Pepperhill Dental, they treat you like family and always go above and beyond in regards to your smile. THANK YOU for almost 15 years and all that you all do! It doesn’t go unnoticed and is appreciated more than you know!
