First time at Perfect Teeth and it was a great experience. The front desk was very helpful with my insurance and answered all my questions. The hygienist did a very thorough cleaning, and the assistants were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor created a clear treatment plan and now I feel at ease about my oral health. I’ll definitely be back for my annual cleanings and to complete my treatment.

The Doctor was friendly and explained everything clearly. The whole team was patient and accommodating, espicially with my mobility issues. They made x-rays comfortable and even completed a filling I'd needed for years the same day.

I went to this dentist and location because my spouse has gone here for almost 2 years and she always says it's great service with friendly staff. I tried it out and (once again) my spouse was 100% right! I experienced the staff before my dental appointment and they were so nice!! I wasn't rushed or pressured or ignored - greeted with a nice smile and clear guidance. Then the service was top notch! Great cleaning and educational advice. I'm very happy with this business!

Rude staff. Told By staff that I wasn’t insured. Told them I had United Healthcare. They argued with me so I left and called insurance. Told I have comprehensive coverage dental included. Asked insurance to call perfect teeth, with me on line to inform them . We called office manager and again, she was rude and hung up on us. Will not go back. Ever since Dr Oceanrider left, care and service have gone down drastically. I have been a member for over 15 years and will not go back.

Dr. Holiday and her staff were exceptional! I was very pleased with the information I was given and appreciate the time she took to explain things to me. I have a better understanding of some things. And I loved her staff! ♥️
