About Periocare

PerioCare is a periodontal and dental implant practice located in the Ballantyne area of south Charlotte, North Carolina, at 15015 Lancaster Highway. The practice focuses on treating gum disease and replacing missing teeth with dental implants, including full arch replacement options such as All-on-4 and implant supported overdentures for patients missing all of their upper or lower teeth. Patients do not need a referral from their general dentist to be seen at the practice, and the office works alongside a patient's existing dental team to coordinate care.

The practice is led by a periodontist who has served the greater Charlotte area for many years, with an office designed around surgical implant placement, bone grafting, and other procedures aimed at preparing patients for a stable, long-term implant restoration. For patients considering a full arch solution because they struggle with loose dentures or are missing most or all of their teeth, PerioCare offers a consultation to review imaging, discuss bone grafting needs, and walk through the steps of implant placement and healing. The office is conveniently located off Lancaster Highway in the Ballantyne section of south Charlotte, serving patients throughout the surrounding Carolinas region.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Mehul H. Gadhia, DMD, MSP, is the periodontist at PerioCare. He is a native of Orlando, Florida, who attended college at the University of Central Florida and dental school at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine. He completed his periodontology residency and earned a master of science in periodontology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Gadhia is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
