If you live in Middle Tennessee and are considering dental implants, look no further! Dr. Robert Pulliam, DMD, MS of Periodontal & Implant Associates of Middle Tennessee is the best. I have been a patient for over 20 years with a number of dental implants, and have found him to be both knowledgeable of his specialty and skilled at putting patients at ease. He actually listens to what the patient says and gives thoughtful answers. He is considerate of the patient’s pain level and successfully tries to minimize it. And he can be funny!
Seriously, though, he will listen to your requests, answer with what options are best for your situation, and lets you choose.

I just got home from having a procedure done. I'd never been to a periodontist before and had no clue what to expect. All I can say is, "WOW". Every person in that office is friendly, polite, and professional. Dr. Pulliam not only did a painless, effortless procedure, but then took the time to educate me about the issue and then took me on a personal tour of his incredible collection of guitars and music memorabilia. I almost hope I have more issues in the future so I can go back lol. If you need a periodontist, this is the place to go.

Amazing experience. As someone who is terrified of the dentist they made me feel so calm and safe. A very warm welcome in and the nurse was so calm and kind. The doctor immediately made me feel at ease and they were kind and loving. THANK YOU!

I can not thank Periodontal and Implant , enough for their professionalism from the first call, the dental work,,and the insurance process. They brought me in on short notice so the work could be completed by end of year. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding and comforting. Had some pretty extensive work done. Dr Pulliam and staff were so competent and easy to work with. After each procedure I was very pleased and relieved. His communication during the procedure, confidence, skill and availability afterwards for each question is top notch. I have a new home here and so grateful!
