My brother had a trauma accident and lost both of his front teeth, and this was our first visit here. Dr. Fries was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my brother was comfortable throughout the process. He even went back and redid the flipper to make sure it fit right and felt comfortable. He also checked carefully to ensure the bone graft and artificial gum tissue were healing well. The staff were all friendly and professional, and the office had a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. We’re truly thankful for the excellent care highly recommend Dr. Fries and his team!

What an absolute NIGHTMARE this office is. From the very beginning it was a headache and that should’ve been my indication to run. Just trying to set up an appointment was almost impossible as they repeatedly did not receive my x-rays. Well, their email isn’t correct on their website so who knows where my x-rays ended up. After finally sorting that out- I was actually able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly so that I was pleased about. While my appointment and the doctors were great. Everything regarding the front desk and billing is where the nightmare continues. Welcome to the Stone Age- every patient form is pen to paper. Nothing electronic. At the end of my appointment, the receptionists reiterated to me I’ll be paying out of pocket and THEY will send my insurance the bill who will then refund me. Which was fine but again, welcome to the Stone Age of not having an in network with one of the most commonly used dental insurance companies…
4 weeks go by and nothing. I reach out and ask if they have sent my claim, they said they have. So I contact my insurance, they have received nothing. I call them again, ask them to resend the claim and also forward to my email so I have a digital copy. Another week goes by, neither is completed. I request a breakdown of my bill with any information my insurance would need so I can fill out the form myself to send in. The business day goes by and still no email. I call and ask again, also confirming the email they have for me on file, AND how it is spelled. Well they spell it incorrectly (I only filled out my name and email numerous times on their physical patient forms). I then confirm the spelling of my email and ask for them to resend it. Nothing. This office can’t even send a simple email yet they claim they have billed my insurance company. Right…
Now I’m at the point where I had to physically drive my insurance form to the office and have them fill out everything so I can do THEIR job and send this insurance claim myself. Within two weeks my insurance claim was pending. No issues after that.
The carelessness of the receptionists at this office is beyond frustrating and insulting after paying for their services. Beware everyone!!

As someone how had always hesitated on going to the dentist. There is something special when you find an office with such a caring and supportive staff. Gloria was an absolute gem ! She always meets you with kindness and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about their patients and it makes a big difference. You’ll definitely feel taken care of here.

Hey Ft. Myers there’s a new dentist in town, he’s excellent. Dr. Kyle Fries. I highly recommend him. My first appointment was impressive & I will definitely be returning. Also, Gloria the dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.

Today I met Dr. Kyle fries very professional and honest also met the hygienist, which is absolutely great. Had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them to see as your surgeons and Dentist. Thank you for a great visit.
