Dr Livingston and his staff were great. I received two implants from him. His communication was very clear and honest and the operations was very quick pain free and efficient. I am very impressed and would highly recommend him and the practice...Oh and it was 50% of the cost of every other Periodontist in town. It was cheaper to have him do it than it was to use the lame dental insurance I had and their preferred provider!

Had a great experience at Periodontics and Dental Implants with Dr. Rex Livingston and his team. The team at the clinic is knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. I dig Dr. Livingston's no BS approach and transparency regarding pricing and options, risks and benefits - 5 stars ✨ Thanks y'all :)

I assisted the Dr snd staff for two days while a member was out and I was amazed at the level if integrity and kindness that comes so natural for them. Dr Livingston uses high end products and provides excellent care to his patients. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a high level of care. I will be seeking his assistance with my own implants . Thanks guys

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Livingston and his team. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Livingston is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He has a great personality, which makes visits much less stressful, and he’s always professional in his care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate periodontist in Fort Collins!

Everyone there is kind, patient and caring. Today, I saw Patty and Dr. Livingston. They set me at ease, which isn't easy; I'm very nervous around dentists. I couldn't ask for better folks to trust in an otherwise (to me) nerve-wracking setting. Dr. Livingston is so patient, easy going and kind. I will be back and I highly recommend this office. Thanks to everyone there on staff. 5 stars all the way

Fort Collins Periodontics and Dental Implants is a periodontal practice located in the Stuart Professional Park in Fort Collins, Colorado. The practice focuses on specialty periodontal care, including treatment of gum disease, dental implant therapy, and maintaining oral health, offering services such as teeth cleaning, scaling and root planing, crown lengthening, tissue grafting, guided bone and tissue regeneration, and impacted canine exposure.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice offers All-on-4 dental implants, a procedure that places titanium implants in the jawbone to anchor a full set of replacement teeth, which can be attached on the same day as surgery. Sedation options are available for surgical procedures, and the team can discuss the financial and time commitments involved in implant treatment during a consultation.
Dr. Livingston received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2015, followed by a General Practice Residency at UMMC and a Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and purchased the practice, formerly Dr. Lloyd Thomas' Periodontics practice, in 2019. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and the Colorado Dental Association.
