Fantastic experience from start to finish! Keys and Dr. Cataldo were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, answer every question I had, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way.
What stood out most was the level of professionalism combined with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and are committed to providing exceptional care and customer service. You can truly tell that patients come first here—not just in words, but in how they treat people every day.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and patient-centered experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

I had an implant placed by
Dr Cataldo several years ago. Fast forward to today and I’m happy to report I’ve never had an issue with it. He consistently does amazing work and is sooo knowledgeable. The entire process was painless and he informed me of what he was doing as he worked. Thank you to Dr C and his staff for taking such good care of me.

I will say the hygienist is probably the best asset to this practice. But I would try to steer away from this practice for several different reasons. Although Dr. Cataldo was nice, I could hear him very clearly talking over the speakerphone and/or Zoom meetings from his office while in the waiting room. I did not hear any HIPAA violations during my visits. But I did hear his conversations both times and it was annoying and unprofessional.
After my initial appointment, I was asked to come back into the office for the treatment plan presented to me by Financial/Practice Coordinator Stacie. She spoke about this machine called LANAP which would cost $8,494 and is not covered by insurance. Based upon other reviews, I am grateful that I did not consider it. But they had me drive all the way to the office for the treatment plan and apply for any financing. There is no way I would disclose any personal details in a small office right near the waiting area after clearly hearing Dr. Cataldo's speakerphone and/or Zoom meetings from that area.
Stacie stated that NO North Carolina dentist will perform dental cleanings if a patient has any signs of periodontal disease due to liability issues. I don't have any loose teeth and my prior dentist treated me regularly without hesitation in Las Vegas. So I now have to travel back to Las Vegas for good, quality dental care.
UPDATE: Dr. Jason Cataldo sent a threatening email for violating their disparagement agreement (which is a violation of Consumer Review Fairness Act) and is pursuing a defamation claim against me. It is not right to threaten, harass, or otherwise deter an honest and fair review. Patient reviews are a vital public service and a constitutional right under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

I have been seeing Dr. Cataldo for 15 years. The staff is fantastic at navigating insurance, accommodating my schedule and making you feel like a priority from the moment you walk in the door. Five stars!

“The physician and the entire team are outstanding- from the front desk staff to the clinical team. The doctor is, in my experience, the first who consistently follows up on the procedure and is available, even by personal phone. This’s truly one of the best clinics i have ever visited.”
