Staff was very friendly. Procedures were explained very thoroughly. I felt at ease being there. All costs with insurance and personal costs were shown to me. Visuals were also shown to describe further the procedures. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Looking forward to my upcoming appointment.

My cap broke off my tooth and my dentist sent me to Periodontics of Toledo. The office was very nice. From the receptionist to the Dr. It was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt at ease thru the whole process.

Dr. Sorin Boeriu is a genius. He is the best specialist you could ever hope for. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He puts you as the patient first at all times. He has a very wonderful staff that is always willing to go above and beyond. I first saw Dr. B. back in February of 2021 after my 3rd implant had failed. All 3 were done by a previous provider who now was retired. He didn't walk away, he was willing to fix what another provider failed at. After a very complete examination his plan was to remove my 6 remaining bottom teeth and go for a permanent denture. My husband and I were hesitant but he never wavered. He said do not worry, Im that good and won't stop til we get you there. I had several complications due to no ones fault. He remained strong. After failed bone grafting a few attempts of new implants he reached out to colleagues to see if they had ever had the issues I was having. No matter what he tried, my body kept rejecting it. It was finally decided to have my Vitamin D3 level checked. I was so very extremely low, almost critical low. He still remained positive and suggested i start taking Vitamin D supplements. After taking a good year to build my levels up. Once at a good level he made to decision to retry bone grafting and place implants. Both of us agreed to never rush the process. Well with patience and his extreme skill this past month after a 5 year long journey he proudly placed my permanent dentures in. With a hug and a smile he said to me "you are done, we did it." He kept that promise he made back in February of 2021. This man has honor and his word is Golden. He has a group of wonderful people that work along side of him. His office manager Demi is the best. She would check in on me constantly. She even provided me her personal cell in case I had issues or just a question. If you are looking for a dental specialist this should be your first and only stop. Not only do I have my life back I will forever be grateful to Dr. B, but Demi also. I will forever sing his praises and love him. Most would of given up, not Dr. B. He stands behind his word. You can not find a better person to put your faith in. If google would allow me to give him a billion stars that still wouldn't be enough. He's not a quick fix type, he's let do it properly, correct. He as i said earlier is a genius.

The check-in was fast and easy. The woman who did the intro check-in as well as X-rays was VG, informative and helpful. The doctor however was rather detached, seemed uninterested, and didn't say more than 5 words. I'm sure he's an excellent DDS, however I would think he'd spend a bit more time explaining the process that would be undertaken. As a patient I would have liked that.

Very friendly. They explained what was going to be done very well. They broke down the cost and what my insurance covered and what I was responsible for. They explained step by step the upcoming procedure very well. I was able to schedule my procedure very quickly.
