What a gem of a place with the most incredible people! I feel so welcomed and feel like they’re my extended family. Dr Ney is not only a phenomenal doctor but also a rockstar (a side you’ll be lucky to see if you meet him at a bar)

First time going into this place and i am astounded by how friendly and also funny the workers are there. They made me feel at ease since i get nervous during appointments. I've gotten to know a few workers there just by one day and appreciate the conversations we had. They done a brilliant job cleaning my teeth and getting rid of those old coffee stains. Everything was professional and taken at ease to get the best results.

My husband and I love Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster. We have been going to them since they opened. It’s a family owned business and the care and attention to detail Dr. Ney has is unquestionable. They are personable, respectful and fun! We love our dental hygienist Kelly!

My name is Corey, I am not the type of person to write reviews, but due to the incredible customer service and positive experience I decided to take the time to create one today. I moved here from Manhattan New York around 1 year ago. I kept going to my dentist in NYC thinking it wouldn't be an issue. But with time I realized that I should just start fresh and start going to a dentist in Lancaster PA. After doing some research I found Personalized Dentistry Of Lancaster. Words can't even express to you guys how incredible the staff in this business are. Everyone from the nurses to the dentist himself all provide you with excellent customer service. Besides the excellent customer service the place itself is very clean. I really like how the interior was designed. I seriously highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for one. Everything from the staff to the building itself is just beyond expectations. I will definitely be coming back. 5 out of 5! -Corey

The practice describes itself as a new kind of dental experience, built around the idea that patients should feel at home in a relaxed setting with a dentist who cares about them as individuals. The office has private patient rooms and a dedicated sterilization center, and it is currently accepting new patients.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice offers restoration of implants. It works in conjunction with oral surgeons in the area who place the implants, and then completes the replacement tooth, which includes the abutment and the implant retained crown. The practice notes that bone grafting may sometimes be needed and that implants typically require four to six months of healing before the restoration can be completed. Other services include dental cleanings, fillings, crowns and bridges, dentures, extractions, root canals, bondings and veneers, tooth whitening, orthodontics with Invisalign and Reveal, periodontitis treatment, oral cancer screening, and digital X-rays.
