The only positive thing was their bedside manner. The assistant and Dr Parham himself were very kind during my appointments. However, when I initially called to ask if they were in network, I was lied to. The receptionist told me "yes" even though they don't actually take insurance at all and only run your bill through insurance as a "curtesy". I got there, filled out my paperwork and I did sign that I would pay the balance owed at the time of visit. This is 99.99% of the time your copay. I was never informed that a consultation is almost $500 and I would be expected to pay that before I leave. Then upon finding out they aren't actually in network like I was told, my insurance didn't even reimburse half. Fast forward to my surgery. After months fighting with my insurance and begging them to atleast cover 1/3 of the surgery, I get the surgery done and $2000 later, all seems well. Then I keep getting hit with unexpected follow up after unexpected follow up costing hundreds each time. FInally I stopped going to follow ups because I just couldn't afford it. I instead went back to my regular dentist. That is when I found out that the surgery had not fixed my gum pocket issue at all. I still have very serious pockets and will most likely need the surgery redone. I advised my dentist that I would not be going back to Parham and I left there in tears. Dr Parham and his staff are VERY nice but I was lied to from the start, I spent thousands, and I am right back where I started a year ago.

I wish I had known about Dr. Parham YEARS ago!! He and his staff are far and away the very best out there! Seldom have I ever felt as cared about as I did when I was in his office today. Very kind, very caring, outstanding people! He actually explains things in detail so that I can make an informed, intelligent decision! I could not have asked for any better! I will NEVER go anywhere else but here for my periodontal needs! THEY ARE AWESOME!!

Dr. Parham is the best! He and his staff make you feel at ease and at home, from the very moment you walk into the his office. He and his staff are always thoughtful, kindhearted, gentle yet still performing their jobs beautifully. I would never want to go anywhere else for my dental health issues and needs.

Waited for 2 hrs for him simply to put on a crown. Ridiculous wait times. Plan to spend the day.
