Well, I got a bill in the mail after a couple of months going to the appointment. They used to take my insurance but stopped and so I am stuck with paying a huge bill. They didn鈥檛 tell me that they stopped being in-network. They would not even work with me on it. Overall highly unprofessional and dishonest. Would not recommend.

My experience has been very good thus far. All staff in the front have always been really nice and professional. I also enjoy the fact that I can simply text them instead of having to call. Saw Dr Phipps for the first time and thought he was really good. He also has a exceptional assistant that ive always seen and she has been very good about explaining how everything works and is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this office.

Last 2 dentist told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed but neither one would perform the task and recommended me to go to Amarillo and have them removed via surgery. I went to Dr. Phipps and he said he could get them out no problem. Start to finish only took 45 minutes and I was awake the whole time. What a great experience and professional staff! Definitely recommend this business!

I went in today to see what my options were to get some teeth fixed. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Dr Donnell and her assistant answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time she was extracting two teeth. They also made sure I knew what all needs to be done and went over pricing. Made sure I know how to take care post extractions several times. I'm very happy with my experience here and I will be referring whoever will listen to me to this Dentist 馃檪! Thank you again!!!! So very much!

The staff was polite and well spoken. The atmosphere is clean and the rooms and building itself inside and out are aesthetically pleasing. Definitely recommend to anyone. Going to the dentist can be scary but they make it as easy as can be in any way possible. They speak English and Spanish as well
