What can I say about these folks, great staff from the receptionist to Dr Kim himself and everyone in between all of them shine through and make you feel at ease. My journey started back in April and bounced from a dentist to an endodontist and finally was recommended to Phoenix Oral and Facial Surgery, specifically Dr Kim. I have no issue with dental cleanings but I needed surgery and that's a bit different from a cleaning. My anxiety was high and Dr Kim and his staff really calmed me and had great bed side manner. They literally walked me through it put any anxieties at ease and assured me that the pain I was in would be no more and that my quality of life will improve. And here we are ending 2025 and my surgery was a success and will be looking forward to a better life without pain and am ever grateful for being recommended Phoenix Oral and Facial surgery. Thank you for being so good to me and treating me with care you folks are legitimately great, I couldn't imagine a better experience anywhere else I appreciate You All!

I was in need of dental implants on both sides of my upper jaw. I consulted with Dr. Kim who conducted extensive imaging to determine my needs. I had sinus lifts on both sides as well as bone grafting. His quote was 30% less than another quote I had obtained. The surgery went well with little to no pain afterwards. Dr. Kim and all his staff are very polite and personable. When I went in for my 5 month follow up, Dr. Kim noticed slight bone recession and made an adjustment at no extra cost. He is professional and cares to make sure his clients are completely happy. My implants are strong and I’m in preparation of getting my crowns installed onto my implants! Thank you Dr. Kim & Staff!!

Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. Every single person I met there is so nice, and attentive. They answered all my questions and explained the procedure so that a dummy like me could understand. I never felt so comfortable at a dentist office until I came here. I highly recommend Phoenix Oral & Facial Surgery.

Dr. Kim was very kind to me and I imagine he's that way to everyone. His staff is happy and they seem to like their jobs (you don't see that everyday). And I love the music he plays in the office. I had as good of an experience as I believe is possible while visiting an oral surgeon. Thank you for being so nice to me!

Dr. Kim and his team of assistants are really top notch. They are professional, friendly, always on time, and clearly experts at what they do. They have the most up-to-date offices and equipment. It's also clear that Dr. Kim is a great and patient teacher, always helping his team of assistants to learn and grow professionally. I feel totally confident that the work that he is currently doing on my mouth will be successful!

Phoenix Oral & Facial Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at the Biltmore Medical Mall on East Highland Avenue in central Phoenix, Arizona. The practice offers a full range of dental implant services, including single implant placement, advanced bone grafting to rebuild the jaw, and All-on-4 full arch treatment (also called teeth in a day), which replaces an entire arch of missing teeth using as few as four implants.
